Beautiful place with Beautiful staff

That's the best hotel I've stayed in in Ireland. The staff is more than fantastic. Make us feel at home, so welcoming with a fabulous view. Our daughter was in a different place with her group and they had problems, making them decide to come back home. The loch lein country house found another room to accommodate my daughter with us. She had a comfortable night. We don't know thank them enough. The breakfast was unreal.

einfach nur schön !!!

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Haus, nette Gastgeber, herzliche Begrüßung, großes Zimmer im 1. Stock (mit Aufzug), wunderbarer Blick in den Garten und auf den See, guter Service, tolles Abendrestaurant und sehr gutes Frühstück; für uns war es das beste Hotel auf unserem Irland-Trip.

Clean hotel in a quiet location but don't expect to get to the lake

The Country House is in a quiet location. It is run by the two owners with help from their son and daughter. It is very clean if slightly old fashioned but our friends thought it was really nice. The breakfast was fine.

. The hotel is misleading in that it claims to be "lake side" but you can't walk to or get to the lake from the hotel. We wanted to walk to the lake but were told that there is currently a dispute with the local farmer about access. It is therefore a lakeview only. The restaurant was a little pricey but everything is made in house. (Because we didn't have wine with our meals if felt like this was a problem)

A relaxed stay in a beautiful area with friendly and professional service

This property is on one of the most beautiful grounds we stayed at while in Ireland. The owners and staff were very welcoming and helpful. The accommodations were great and breakfast was excellent.

Gorgeous hotel in great location

The location is fantastic, just a short drive from Killarney. The views are spectacular! The staff and owners were so friendly and welcoming. They even organised a taxi for us into town

Outstanding!!

This is 'do yourself a favour' accommodation. Just fantastic. Comfortable, clean, relaxing with the most delightful and helpful hosts. Very comfortable and spacious room. Meals were exceptional. This really was a treat.

Great stay at Loch Lein

Excellent rooms, extremely comfortable. The surroundings were superb with walks in the countryside.

No coffee in my room. But I was able to get coffee served in the lounge which was excellent.

A special thanks to Annette and Paul who were extremely nice hosts , the room we had a view of the lakes it was lovely, the bed was very comfy ,lovely cold pints of beer while sitting in a comfy armchair,the breakfast in the morning was great . A little gem , we will be back soon

Our 4 day stay at Loch Lein was a delightful experience. Annette and Paul were perfect hosts

Breakfast was good with plenty of options. We dined once in the hotel and very much enjoyed our meal. The hotel's location was ideal for a quiet relaxing holiday with good access to Killarney National Park and The Ring of Kerry.

Lock Lein : beautiful views, close to Killarney and by far the best experience I've had to date

Friendly, informative & very obliging. Offered to bring refreshments to room for us on arrival & when we got back in evening. The breakfast was delicious . Owners very helpful & even checked availability of tours & to book them on our behalf.

Thought mattress was a bit hard but fully appreciate that everyone has different preferences

Luxurious hotal, very comfortable, very clean. Possibly cleanest and most comforatable stay I have had while away. Excellent cuisine. Excellent location for town and the local scenery/attractions. Hosts could not have been any more accomodating. Staff were great. Very professional, very welcoming. Would recommend anyone to stay at Loch Lein!

Literally everything!!

:) I stayed here with my brother when we werw in the area to climb Carrauntoohil. It was truly lovely. The owners were so kind, nice and helpful. The location is just perfect. The views, the room, the breakfast, everything was wonderful. If you are in the area for a stay, then definitely check out this pure gem. So impressed!

Unforgettable

Perfectly relaxing stay, wonderful location

The location is wonderful, with views of the lake and the mountains. The room was very spacious, really comfortable and spotlessly clean. Very warm reception and excellent food. Looking forward to coming back.
