Okay

Very friendly staff. The room itself was decent, with a small desk for working and a nice little bathroom. The bed was okay. Facilities include a locked room to store your bikes. Vending machines and beer available. Its also close to a supermarket.

The check-in service took me an hour and a half. While the lady was very friendly and doing a great job, she was alone and had to deal with many people. Perhaps another member of staff during busy periods would be better... Additionally, the roof top bar was closed, with no explanation. It wasn't sunny but it also wasn't terrible weather. I can only assume its once again a staffing issue...

Wenn man kein luxus benötigt ist das Hostel eine gute Wahl

Das Personal war sehr freundlich . Fragen wurden ausführlich beantwortet

Der Frühstücksraum war überfüllt . Für diesen Preis aber ok . Die Züge fanden wir störend in der Nacht . Die Türen klappen laut zu .

Gute Unterkunft für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise

Kostenfreie Parkplätze an der Straße. Reichhaltiges Frühstück hat überrascht

Zwei Ladesäulen direkt vor der Unterkunft waren durch parkenden Autos blockiert.. Dusche hatte leider recht wenig Wasserdruck

Wir würden es wieder buchen.

Frühstück war ausreichend. Lage zum Hauptbahnhof. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zimmer könnten etwas größer sein.

Die Lage des Hotels an sich ist sehr gut. Hauptbahnhof, Prager Straße, Altstadt...alles Fussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen Das Frühstück war entsprechend dem Preis völlig ausreichend und in Ordnung. Die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Ich finde dieses Hotel dürfte höchstens als Hostel bezeichnet werden. Die Bezeichnung Hotel ist absolut übertrieben. Das alles einfach ist, haben wir im Vorfeld gewusst und das wäre an sich auch kein Thema, wenn es wenigstens sauber gewesen wäre. Von Toilette, Ecken bis hin zu den Betten alles sehr unsauber. Das Möbel abgewohntund die Wände im Zimmer und auf den Fluren könnten tatsächlich mal einen neuen Anstrich vertragen. Die Heizkörper, Dusche und Touletten sind absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Eine wahnsinnige Hitze im Zimmer (trotz abgedrehter Heizkörper und offenem Fenster- im Winter) und auch im Frühstücksraum.

Preis-Leitung stimmt gar nicht, viel zu überteuert

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Gebuchter Parkplatz stand zur Verfügung.

Man bekommt erst 15 Uhr sein Zimmer, keine Minute früher. Auch wenn es ein Hostel ist, erwartet man in erster Linie Sauberkeit. An den Fenstern überall Spinnenweben, Regale voller Staub, hier wurde schon länger nicht gründlich saubergemacht. Frühstück sehr spartanisch, für das Geld kann ich mehr erwarten. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht, viel zu überteuert für ein Hostel.

Anspruchslos und nur für eine Nacht

Schlichte Einrichtung und sauber.

Duschabtrennung echt arg verschimmelt, die Halterung der Duschbrause hing ganz locker aus der Wand raus so dass man die Dübel hätte rausziehen können und ein einhängen der Dusche war kaum möglich. Es war ein sehr lautes Hotel, wir hatten ein Zimmer im Erdgeschoss auf der Seite des Eingangs. Als Nichtraucher es ist echt eine Zumutung, da vor dem Hotel ein Pavillon für die Raucher aufgestellt ist. Der Qualm zog natürlich ins Zimmer und hat uns sehr belästigt.

Bad experience

Staff agreed to change my room.

My first room was dirty and smelly. The bed where I was supposed to sleep was definitely used by someone. When I left the room for some hours and came back, my pillow and towel were gone. I told about it the receptionist. They changed my room. In the new room there was nothing on my bed: neither pillow nor sheets. I asked the receptionist again, it took a while but they gave it to me. People from my new room had the same experience with their rooms.

Great breakfast good location

It was a chill hostel with a good location and a really good breakfast

Mary was a really big group of Spanish boys in a room across the hall who were partying all night into the morning, blasting their music and pounding on the doors. We had to tell reception downstairs otherwise it would have not known

Staff really helpful and nice! Rooms are not so clean.

Breakfast was good. There was a football team just before us, and they empty the whole bufee. Staff tryed To do they best so thanks for them! Staff at reception was also really helpful and change our room, becouse it was not clean.

Rooms overall needs a really proper cleaning. Walls and sealing are not clean.

A decent place to stay short term.

Breakfast was lovely. Located near the train station was perfect for us.

The grout lines in the shower were quite moldy. Needs a good cleaning.

Pleasant

There is no soundproof in the room. We can hear everything outside especially when someone close the door. The room size is small. It's not convenience if you have suitcase because there is no elevation from ground to the reception.

Exceptional

Thank you for a lovely stay. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were tidy and well furnished. Breakfasts are amazing - lots of different foods to choose from and being topped up regularly.

I found the beds to be a bit uncomfortable but I understand that for hygienic reasons the mattresses have to be like this.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you have to take the train or travel very early in the morning. The breakfast service is very good, it has a bit of everything and the staff is very nice and friendly. Very nice terrace as well
