Non è assolutamente un albero 4 stelle.

La colazione, la macchinetta del caffè, il bollitore.

È un albergo un po’ datato. La doccia con la muffa, la ciambella traballante e il bidè si muoveva, le prese della corrente pericolose

De kamer was prima, wel wat gedateerd. Het ontbijt was oké. De tram is op loopafstand en dan ben je snel in Florence.

Het is een prima hotel om Florence te bezoeken, maar verwacht er niet te veel van.

I’ll stay there again

Close to airport and train. Staff was excellent, friendly and spoke great English. Helped us get downtown on the train, which was simple, but we couldn’t have figured it out without their help.

The staff were amazing and we had such a comfortable stay.

They accidentally gave us the wrong room when checking in and when we informed them, they immediately found us another room and compensated us above and beyond for the mistake. The staff members were incredible. They gave us great advices on how to get to city center and airport. Breakfast was good too.

The location was a 8 min walk to the nearest tram station and at night there are barely any lights available so it's a bit scary when going to and from the city center at night.

Perfect for a stopover en route to my ultimate destination

Very very clean, bath as well as shower, all staff were very approachable and helpful.

Nothing.Its an old property with no hospitality from staff

There is nothing to like about Hotel. Old unkept property. Shabby furniture. Hygiene is nowhere.Breakfast is extremely bad

The room is clean. Staff very helpful Breakfast is good. Free parking A coffee machine in the room

10 min walk to The tram station.. The room is small but has all you need.

Everything was very good except the heating system.

The heating of the rooms only worked between 19 and 6 am because of the energy savings. One night it turned on automatically and it was a cool air. The weather was cooler like usual in April so it should have been better some kind of heating in daytime also.

We had less than 24 hours in Florence and felt we saw many sights and had a great meal !

The room was great. I was exhausted and ended up sleeping 12 hours after a long flight from Chicago!

Exceptional

Fantastic hotel, with amiable staff. The room was big and clean, beds were super comfy. The Internet was fast. This was the best of all the hotels we stayed in during our road trip. Really appreciate the free parking, you can drop the car for a few days safely parked inside the bunker.

Everything was super clean, staff were incredibly hospitable and the location was a short tram from the centre after a small walk. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Rooms amazingly comfortable with every detail. I slept so good. Breakfast perfect and have so high qurality food. Thanks!

The room has not so much lighting, that is a disadvantage for me

The hotel was nice, and had a great breakfast included.

We booked a King bed and discovered it was two twin beds pushed together.

Excellent choice when you need to stay near the airport in Florence!

We chose it because it’s 5 minutes from the Florence airport and we had an early flight. Room was comfortable and staff was helpful and pleasant.

There’s no easily accessible parking, and we arrived in a rental car. Wound up parking in grocery store lot do the street.we did not eat breakfast, so no opinion on that.
