Ideal para viaje de trabajo: habitación muy silenciosa para el descanso.

Minibar completo; algún mueble desportillado. Urge cambiar la bañera por una ducha: muy peligrosa la salida de la bañera, por resbalones.

Estancia corta pero muy confortable

Ya me había alojado anteriormente en este hotel. Su ubicación me viene perfecta. Todo genial, incluido el desayuno que fue servido de forma puntual y siguiendo las medidas de protección Covid.

Solo encontramos que faltaba un servicio de útiles de baño, ya que con lo que había era solo suficiente para una persona y que en el pasillo había un fuerte olor a tabaco.

buen precio por la ubicación

la atención del personal, sobre todo de una señorita que estaba la noche que llegamos.

tiene que mejorar mucho en los detalles, hay mucho que renovar y arreglar, el suelo de la habitación estaba para cambiarlo, roto y mal estado, el baño igual, la tapa del WC estaba rota, la ducha salía sin presión, además, se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba afuera del hotel, la ventana no reducía el ruido para nada. Tiene una gran infraestructura pero les ha faltado hacerse los arreglos que merece un hotel como este.

L'esmorzar molt bé però per arribar al lloc, no massa adequat

Que els vidres de la finestra haguessin estat nets i que on se serveixen esmorzars fos un lloc m3s proper al vestíbul. No quedava clar on se servien.

Fair location, 15 minute walk to historic town

The rooms are old, not updated and with some damages (walls) Breakfast is with 12 euros/person too expensive, breakfast is very poor quality. Staff is helpful and nice.

Nice hotel great value for money.

View from my 10th floor, floor to ceiling and wall to wall window was great. excellent blackout blinds too. Shower was powerful, room was tidy and beds were comfortable. Great location, short walk into the town centre.

Lighting in the underground car park could be better, mainly when coming in from the sunshine. Also no evening meal option.

Disappointing, definitely not 4 star

Breakfast was okay, staff were relatively helpful

Our stay in this hotel was disappointing, to call it 4 star is laughable. It’s in desperate need of a refurb, mould in bathtub, ripped stained curtains, chipped, old furniture. Parking was full when we arrived which was incredibly inconvenient and the restaurant was not open (only open Monday-Thursday) which we weren’t informed of. We had to walk over half an hour to find somewhere decent to eat so location isn’t the best either.

I was very disappointed in the WiFi and in the size of the room compared to the pictures online.

The breakfast was great! Bathroom was very nice-water was hot for shower/bath. Beds were comfortable.

The room was in need of repair. The WiFi was terrible.

Rooms rather small, bar staff not helpful when we had a bad bottle of champagne, just shrugged it off and then proceeded to take the drink away offering no resolution.

We had a wonderful nights sleep, we got there late afternoon, was offered room service, thank you

the room was was big and very clean, the fridge had drinks if we needed them, bed was very comfortable,had a great sleep,Bathroom was amazing, with built in shower with the bath, very clean, the breakfast had a large choice of food, the staff were very helpful.
