La estructura del edificio es vieja y se escucha cuando andan los de arriba como si los tuvieran en la propia casa, y ademas debajo están todos los bares y hasta que cierran es imposible dormir.

A los niños les encantó. Sus caritas al entrar por la puerta fueron lo más. A nosotros nos encantó la ubicación, al lado de la catedral, y el mimo con el que está todo hecho.
El suelo cruje bastante y también se escucha a los vecinos de arriba cuando caminan. En limpieza algunos detalles, podrían estar mejor. Aún así, repetiría!

Great location and it was quiet when we were there in October on a very rainy day. The apartment had everything you could possibly need for your stay with many little details provided and even food/snacks in the fridge. It is a unique and cute spot.
There are many bars in the square though that shut down early due to the weather - it would likely be very loud otherwise.
The property the apartment is in is quite run down. There is a hazardous broken stair on the way up to the 3rd floor unit, the lights in the hallway didn’t work when you came out, only on the way up. The building is also not at all secure from the street. Anyone can get in and the door wasn’t even closing properly when we were there.
The apartment could use a better cleaning. Toothpaste splatter on backsplash, walls need a good clean, pet hair on the couch…..none of these things were terribly bad but it definitely needs a good thorough scrub.

La dueña es encantadora y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Y la ubicacion es perfecta, desde el balconcito casi que pudieras tocar la catedral.
Pues la verdad me da pena opinar regular de mi estancia alli pero he de comentar mi experiencia.El apartamento esta tan centrico que para acceder desde donde se deja el coche hasta el mismo,me parecio una pesadilla de cuestas y escaleras con tanto equipaje que llevaba. Una vez llegamos, al ver la fachada se me cayó el mundo encima(no hace justicia a como es el apartamento por dentro) pero de premio a las escaleras y cuestas, cuando llegamos, tuvimos que subir tres pisos andando por una escalera vieja y portal de aspecto desagradable.Una vez entramos, es muy bonito en cuanto a espacio y decoracion pero al entrar en el baño, para ir a la ducha tienes que acceder un par de escalones, con el que hay que tener cuidado ya que mi hija se resbalo con los pies mojados y la limpieza del suelo del baño no era la más indicada(habia pelos largos). Me dispuse a barrer el suelo y al abrir el armarito para coger la escoba, me dio muy mal aspecto al ver el aspirador con el deposito lleno de suciedad. La verdad, no estuvimos nada cómodos.Siento decir todo esto porque la dueña me parecio encantadora , amable y dispuesta a hacernos la estancia lo mejor posible pero he de contar mi experencia

Przepiękny apartament, doskonale urządzony.
Niestety natrafiliśmy na imprezę - festival w Burgos. Jedyne okno wychodziło na główną ulicę gdzie odbywała się impreza więc hałas nie pozwalał nam otworzyć okna. Klimatyzator był również głośny więc spaliśmy przy szczelnie zamkniętym oknie i roletach zewnętrznych. W związku z tym w apartamencie panował zaduch.

Unglaublich tolle Ausstattung: das Appartment bietet alles, was man auch nur irgendwie auf einer Reise brauchen könnte: von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche inkl. Orangenpresse und Nutri Bullet, über eine riesengroße, luxuriöse Dusche, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Toilettartikel für Damen, bis hin zu Spielzeug für die Kleinsten ist alles vorhanden. Das Appartment ist sehr sauber und die Gastgeberin sehr bemüht und sehr gut über WhatsApp erreichbar. Die Lage des Appartments ist traumhaft: in weniger als 2min steht man vor der atemberaubenden Kathedrale von Burgos. Alles in allem, eine absolute Empfehlung!
Man sollte lediglich bedenken, dass die Unterkunft nicht barrierefrei ist (Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock ohne Lift, auch in die Dusche führen 2 Stufen).

The best equipped apartment I ever stayed in. It had just everything I taught. Need to wash clothes, there was plenty of clothe soap. Need to wash dishes, there were the dishwasher tablets… need to dry clothes, there was the hanger. And so on…

Apartamento limpio, bonito, con todo lo necesario para pasar varios días. Buena calefacción y ducha. La propietaria muy atenta con todo y con un desayuno abundante: leche, café, té, pan de molde , croissants, mantequilla, mermelada, naranjas.
Está en un tercero sin ascensor (que no se advierte en la descripción) en un edificio muy viejo, sucio y poco cuidado. El vecino de arriba tiene un perro que molesta durante toda la estancia y nos despierta a las 6:30 de la mañana. En la plaza donde está ubicado el apartamento hay varios bares de copas que no te dejan dormir hasta bien entrada la noche, en nuestro caso con lluvia incluida no nos dejaron dormir hasta la 1:30. El sofá cama no es cómodo.

Muy muy buena atención.Situado en pleno centro Justo al lado de la catedral, apartamento precioso, limpio y equipado. Nos ha encantado y recomendamos 100%. En la calle hay bares y un Pub, pero cierras el ventanal y silencio absoluto, buena insonorización.

Está en una 3 planta sin ascensor con escaleras estrechas y en muy mal estado. El apartamento dispone de 1 sola ventana pequeña. El agua caliente dura muy poco (sola da para 1 persona). El acceso a la ducha no es para personas con movilidad reducida. No entregan factura por la estancia. Este apartamento no debería tener una puntuación superior a 6 pues induce a error la puntuación de excelente de la que dispone.

we loved everything about this place. first, the location doesn’t get any better. second, it’s beautiful and thoughtfully designed. third, the kitchen is extremely well-stocked. we were so thankful for that as we’ve had to buy basic things like oil in other places. the owners went above and beyond and had many treats there for us. the bed is super comfortable. owners very easy to communicate with via what’s app. we were also very appreciative of the washer AND dryer! despite being located right in the center it was pretty quiet the majority of the time. we were able to sleep just fine.
a few quirks, like slow draining sink and limited hot water, but those things didn’t effect how pleased we were overall.

A very nice decorated apartment with everything there: coffee, organges, milk etc exelent.
We where there also on a Saturday night and the noice was terrible. We closed the window but because the apartment has no auirco, normally you don’t need it, it was to warm. The next day, sunday, it was silent.
