Habitación muy cómoda en Hotel mejorable

Lo que más me gustó fue la.habitacion, muy confortable, espaciosa y la cama muy cómoda, me hubiese gustado más que tuviese plato de ducha en el baño, pero me tocó un habitación con bañera y en cuanto a ubicación bien,caminando se llega en 25 minutos a la Basílica del Pliar

El hotel necesita una reforma exterior es muy feo y el desayuno tuvo bastantes fallos, puesto que se había agotado la mermelada y no la repusieron, solamente había una máquina para los cafés y habia que hacer cola y si quieres descafeinado lo tienes que pedir a la.unica persona que atendía el.bufet que estaba desbordada de tanto trabajo

The staff were super friendly and helpful including the housekeeping staff.

I had hoped to upgrade and pay for a bigger room but was told that there are no bigger rooms.

Room was okay and clean.

Location on an industrial estate. One long pillow on bed. Breakfast very poor for price. Limited dinner menu that was very expensive.

Lovely hotel with great staff, not air conditioned and parking extra. Good location.

The price for the dog was very good €11 and a bed for him and bowls for food and drink were provided in the price. The twin bed was very comfortable but would have preferred a double. The staff were excellent and provided all information when asked. Very friendly and welcoming staff with a good location about 20 mins from the old town. Clean and well priced.

The air conditioning was not working and our room was about 30 degrees. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. We could open the window but the dog park can get noisy and there was little breeze which made it an uncomfortable night. The fan in the room was of no use and very noisy. Car parking was also an extra cost at €12.50 which I do not mind paying but was not informed of on the booking.com site. Making the stay more expensive.

We only stayed here for one night, but it was great after a long flight and train ride. The bed was nice and the room was clean.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had all necessities. The location is a 15 min walk from the center, but we rented an e-scooter as a way of transport through town. Absolute value for money.

Very clean and comfortable. It Isn't far away from Zaragoza main attractions and the bus stop is just a couple minutes walk.

It doesn't provide you with an iron to refresh your clothes.

the room was very comfortable. It had a/c that was very comfortable on a very hot day.

I believe the price was very steep for the location and amenities.
