Oplevelsen ikke optimal

Elevator fra parkering til værelse.

Meget lydt, både på værelse og kunne tydelig hører folk på gangen. Havde en dårlig hændelse med morgenmaden, de vidste ikke vi havde bestilt ved ankomsten og samtidig til hvilken pris, ikke helt styr på det. 25€ for en lille hund, er det højeste vi nogensinde har betalt, ikke tilfredsstillende.

Muy recomendable

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar la ciudad. La habitación era amplia, y la cama muy confortable. Y la restauración fue estupenda, tanto el desayuno, como la comida y la cena. Muy recomendable.

Lo único negativo es que no pudimos aparcar en el parking del hotel. No se puede reservar y estaba completo. Te ofrecen una alternativa, que es aparcar en el hospital que hay a 5 minutos del hotel. Es la única cuestión que podría mejorarse. Lo demás fue perfecto.

Hice la reserva especificando con mascota. Cuando hice la entrada no sabían nada, y me han pasado un recargo por un perro de 25 euros. Excesivamente caro, además de no informar de ello de manera previa.

Een extra bedrag van €25,- per nacht voor een klein hondje. En dat mocht niet alleen op de kamer blijven en niet in het restaurant… hoe dan ontbijten? En het hotel wordt gepresenteerd als huisdiervriendelijk

Habitaciones modernas y amplias y camas muy cómodas. Cerca de Murcia. Personal amable. Buena olor en recepción y pasillos.

Cuando entré en la habitación, había una bolsa de Carrefour en el suelo que era de los anteriores huespedes. Y en el lavabo había pelos pequeños de las anteriores personas también. Se escuchaban demasiado los ruidos de las otras habitaciones.

Excelente.

La ubicación es perfecta, se ve la catedral desde la habitación. La limpieza excelente. La cama cómoda y el aseo totalmente equipado. El personal de recepción es profesional y atendió todas mis necesidades. Una buena experiencia que, si me veo de nuevo en la necesidad de volver a Murcia, me quedaría aquí.

The hotel was functional - as a Bed & Breakfast - but fell well short of our expectations otherwise.

Comfortable, clean room at reasonable price. Staff were helpful on the front desk and especially at breakfast, where they catered well for my wife's food intolerances.

We found the lack of bar and restaurant services extremely disappointing on both nights. However, the complete lack of any service (food, beverage and room service) on New Year's eve was inexcusable for a hotel claiming to be 4 star. The food offer in the lobby (packaged sandwiches, crisps and nuts) was less than one would find in a poor petrol station. The front desk staff had to search to find a bottle of wine which we took to our room and drank from water glasses - not exactly how we planned to toast the new year!!

Excellent stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The location of the hotel was ideally situated for a short walk into town, and the local amenities like bars etc. The Hotel staff were excellent, extremely polite, and very helpful. The hotel itself was very comfortable, with large spacious rooms that were very well equiped. The breakfast / bar room was very comfortable, and the breakfast served there every morning was excellent. Lovely hotel, very good value, and we certainly enjoyed our 1 week stay there.

There was nothing in particular that we did not like, everything about the hotel was perfect, apart possibly from the two following observations : - We did find our room ( # 420 ) rather warm, and when mentioned upon leaving, that the air conditioning unit in the room may require attention, we were told that the air conditioning cooling was not working, because the heating was on. ! ( the weather was too warm for the heating to be on. ! ) The bathroom of the room often had a funny smell, that we believed may possibly have been caused by the drains. ?

Very nice hotel in good location with excellent breakfast and nice exercise room.

Staff at Restaurant was inattentive. Because I had arrived before they began serving food I had a coffee. when others began arriving telthey took their orders first an ignored me and waited on others who had arrived later. After sitting for an hour reading my book (a half hour when they weren’t serving food and half an hour when they were, I finally got up and intercepted them. When my Caesar salad arrived it as made with iceberg lettuce bacon bits and pork. I ate it because I was quite hungry though I found it very disappointing.

UN CUATRO ESTRELLAS CON MUY BUENA RELACIÓN CALIDAD/PRECIO

La ubicación es bastante buena, para mi traslado al lugar donde iba a trabajar bien, la cama creo que es lo mejor de la habitación, muy grande y muy cómoda, el desayuno es fabuloso pero, en mi opinión, un poco caro, realmente por el precio que cobran por el desayuno, si comes como Pantagruel, está bien, pero si haces un desayuno no excesivamente abundante, resulta caro.

En general todo estaba bien, no puedo poner ninguna pega al alojamiento.

Location is good and the room is comfortable.

The staff at the reception. Upon checked in, the staff had cold face and when we asked about the rate of the breakfast, she impatiently told us that the price was the same for adults and for a 3 year old without further explanation. When we checked out, while we were still at the counter waiting to ask some questions, the staff picked up the phone and start talking (ignoring us). We expected someone more professional. So even the hotel may be a good place to stay in Murcia, we wouldn’t come back.

Excelente atención del personal. Gimnasio muy por encima de lo que suele ser habitual en los hoteles. Desayuno impecable.

Las obres justo delante del hotel (no es culpa suya) ni los conciertos que se oían por la noche si mantenía la ventana abierta, (tampoco culpa suya).

The beds were fairly comfortable, and rooms were spacious!

It is missing a tea and coffee making station, which would have been nice. However we asked for a kettle and they brought one to our room. The drapes were dirty, but only a minor issue.

Exceptional

The room is as nice and comfortable as in the pictures. The staff is very nice and welcoming, the location perfect. We are traveling with the car and after checkout we could leave the car there for a couple of hours and visit the old center wich is in a walking distance. Definitely recommend this place. Thank you
