La cama. Solicitamos cama matrimonio pero eran dos camas individuales juntas pero se separaban con facilidad. Muy incómodas.

Mi punto de vista

Es lo que más me gustó fue la comodidad de poder estar ahí con mi bebé, que le pusieron una cuna y la comodidad de la cama.

No me gustó que no tuviera en servicio de maletas para subir las maletas con carro o algún tipo de ayuda porque yo iba con un bebé, tampoco me gustó el aire acondicionado porque no abastecía toda la habitación. Y las personas de recepción fueron muy pesadas con las llamadas telefónicas.

A few days in Murcia

Loved the location, right in the city center and close to restaurant, shop and sights. The room was quite spacious and very clean, beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast.

Location was perfect close to all bars restaurant very close to the museum and cathedral Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful Parking was nearby not too far to walk back to the hotel

Well located and very fit for purpose

Superb location, close to cathedral and transport options. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Adequate gym. Ticked all the boxes for a long weekend (seeing a concert) and sightseeing in Murcia and Cartagena.

Exceptional

The double air con was a great surprise especially as temperatures were in the 30's. The bed was super comfortable and the TV was top quality. Nice bathroom

The view was not good but it was inner city. New staff meant checking in took longer than expected. The curtains almost impossible to open and close

A good hotel centrally located.

Centrally located hotel in the old part of the town. Excellent breakfast.

It was difficult to find public parking in such a busy area but finally managed with only a few walks away from the hotel. Perhaps these details should have been given when making the booking.

Nice hotel in a great location

Clean, comfy modern hotel in a perfect location, with easy parking nearby (especially using the telpark app).It’s a no frills hotel but great value for its location

The location is really great for visiting the city in all directions. Staff is courteous and will help you if you have a problem. We were really lucky with our room, it had a view over the city and the mountains and lots of light. One night we had to change rooms due to the people in the adjacent room. Our room was "standard" and staff gave us a "superior". Frankly, the superior room was so much worse, dark and up against a small street. We were so happy when we could recuperate our original room in the morning (the people in the adjacent room checked out). We also looked into another "standard" room (interior view) during cleaning and it was far from the bright experience we had in ours. Had we got either of the two rooms we saw we had been really angry, possibly leaving in advance although we had paid. With the room we did get (apart from one night) we could not be happier. So it's a bit hit or miss it seems.

The water temperature in the shower fluctuated a lot, mostly hot, but suddenly went cold.
