Tutto bello e perfetto. Ritorneremo

Posizione strategica. Adatta per famiglie con bambini piccoli. Vista mare meravigliosa. Piscine belle e pulite. Camere pulita. Servizi eccezionali. Gentilezza.

Hotel is okay but quite loud when sleeping

I liked the location of the hotel and that the beach was right outside.

The rooms have thin walls- I didn’t get a single good nights sleep because you’re woken up to banging around and woken up early when the cleaners are moving beds around.

Een heerlijke vakantie gehad!!!

De ligging was perfect. De sfeer in het hotel was gezellig. Kamer was netjes. Alles werd iedere keer super schoongemaakt. Hotel absoluut voor herhaling vatbaar. Komen hier zeker terug.. Tot volgend jaar!!!!!!

Was best al warm buiten, dus de airco hadden ze al wel aan mogen zetten. Deze gaat in juni pas aan, dus her en der in het hotel behoorlijk warm,

Estancia en General buena

La situación del Hotel y en especial que todas las habitaciones tienen vistas al mar. Señalar también que la atención en Cafetería ha sido de 10

Teníamos Todo Incluido Premium y en el chiringuito de la piscina la atención ha sido pésima, nunca tenían lo que les pedías de aperitivos e incluso algunas bebidas como por ejemplo el granizado de limón te decían que no había producto que era solo hielo y así con bastantes cosas más

Swan's Love - in front of the hotel

The location of the hotel is perfect. The view from the room is amazing, even if it is cloudy.

Would be great if the food has a label on + allergies included for the cooked meals. For example - I am not a big fan of pork and for breakfast, the scramble eggs were with ham. One of the meals for dinner looked like a chicken, but was a turkey. Another dish looked like a lamb, but actually was a pork. Could be very confusing and you might end up not knowing what to eat.

comfortable hotel in a great location

Breakfast was very good, Spanish hotels do breakfast very well and this was no exception, wide choice of food in a buffet style. Clean comfortable hotel with balconies looking out on the sea

Noise from other rooms is quite easy to hear, while the other guests were not loud or disrespectful at all, but you can hear normal talking and furniture moving around, this was a small thing. The lifts are small and there was long q's at times.

Loved it - hope to be back one day!

Nice room with fabulous sea view. Very comfy bed and very little external noise despite being next to lifts - we slept very well throughout our stay! Food choices at breakfast and dinner were very good, quality of the food was really good, far above many of the other hotels we have stayed in the past in the same area. Always a fabulous choice of hot and cold, the hot food was hot (unlike many other hotels) and there was 'show cooking' every meal too (they were cooking fresh steaks one evening!). The staff were all very friendly, the dining area team worked very hard at meal times! Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Bar area was nice, the prices for drinks (in bar and restaurant) were very reasonable which meant we were happy to stay in and drink in the hotel. Great choice of drinks etc. Entertainment every evening and through the day if you wanted to join in - we didn't join in as had gone to switch off entirely! We really enjoyed our stay!!

Nothing really. We were not fans of the timings for dinner/breakfast as they have set times per floors (2 sittings) which is not something we have come across before, but it was not an issue really (we were late twice for breakfast and never a problem) and would not stop us staying again. Also not sure why they cook the bacon at the show area every day as there was always a long queue for it - the chef didn't seem to be able to keep up most mornings. Again, not a problem, just something I'd suggest they rethink as they could make it far easier for themselves. However neither of these things would stop us staying again as it was by far the best food/catering we've had in Benidorm and we've stayed in around a dozen different hotels!

Location was great, having the sun most of the day on the veranda was good, bus to airport just outside hotel as well, nice clean basic

Found the guy at front desk at night was rude , the night security had no time for us either ...Shane as rest of the staff were lovely

No access to the pool for someone with limited mobility, I couldn’t walk down the steps. Also we tried to book a mobility scooter but had to cancel after it hadn’t arrived an hour after the promised time.
