I would not recommend this hotel and would not consider staying there again unless it undergoes significant renovations.

The property is located in the heart of the town, making it easy to get around and explore different places. The convenience of the location is one of the few positives about this hotel.

Upon entering our room, we were immediately struck by a bad smell, and the mattress appeared dirty and uninviting. We couldn't even spend the night there due to the state of the room. Despite paying 100lv for one night, it felt extremely overpriced given the poor condition of the facilities. The hotel may look appealing from the outside, but inside, it seems like no one bothers to maintain it properly. To add to the disappointment, the person at the reception desk was neither polite nor welcoming, which only added to the negative experience.

Nothing It is horrible. Dirty , old and destroyed.

Not clean Very destroyed All bad things that you can imagine. Shouldnt be allowed on booking at all.

Short and sweet no food or drink availability

Good location staff were helpful by waiting for us as we arrived late

No tea or coffee making facilities no drinks available in room lucky we had water as we arrived late at night

Exceptional

Too cheap! They should be charging way more. Brand new mattresses with fresh sheets! I've never seen such a luxurious bathroom before, it's like brand new.

Too clean! They need more dust, stains, hairs, bed bugs etc. The staff are also too friendly and too helpful, ask them for a receipt and they will jump with joy!

A lovely hotel in a beautiful setting in the park but a few things would make it ideal.

Daytime food was good - our waitress Alex was exceptional. Our room was large & comfortable and the staff were friendly & helpful.

No furniture on the good sized balcony. We ordered breakfast for 8a.m. but the cook didn't arrive until 8.20a.m. The breakfast wasn't really worth waiting for - disappointing.

Pleasant

Located between a park and a stadium. Decent restaurant.

Old property that badly needs renovation or as a minimum replacement of the cracked shower heads, the missing doors of the shower cabins and the non functioning exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Staff refused to serve breakfast in the outdoor seating area, opting instead to keep guests in the stuffy, non air conditioned part of the bar.

The receptionist was very friendly and gave us some suggestions for sightseeing. The room was big, with air conditioning and a balcony. The hotel was pleasant in general.

Exceptional

It looks like the hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard. The room I was in was big and was set out nicely. The sofa and armchair were very comfortable as was the bed. The balcony over looked the park so the view of the surrounding area was nice with the added bonus that the balcony area was quite big. The bathroom had a shower cubicle which I find is much better then a wet room. Both the bathroom and the room were very clean.

There were 2 very minor things, there was no rubbish bin in the room, just a very small bin in the bathroom. it would be good if there was a bigger bin in the room. There was a slight issue with the door lock, but the lady on duty helped as much as she could. Considering I cannot speak much bulgarian and she did not speak English. We managed to get things sorted out between us. She was very kind and helpful and done all that she could do considering how late it was.

Disappointing

The breakfast and food were OK and the waitress was the only member of staff that was friendly, location was OK too

The staff were not at all friendly apart from the waitress, the place is very tired and scruffy my room was meant to be none smoking and smelt awful of smoke including my bedding which was awful, I paid a bit more than I would normally for the area as the hotel looks really nice online but very scruffy and not at all friendly

Good

Super friendly staff. Very responsive and trying hard to make you comfortable.

It's a property that feels like it is aging and not maintained very well. Peeling paint at the front facade makes it look older and more run-down than it actually is. The rooms have no desks - no way to comfortably use a laptop.
