Nice for solo travellers and a couple, very tiny for families or groups unless there’s one person in each room for a ver

Very well located, easy to get around, shinjuku is a great area to stay in, hotel staff were very nice and helpful, amenities were top notch!! Good breakfast too. Everything was great quality.

They gave us really hard pillows, the room was very very small for 2 people - there wasn’t even enough space for more than 1-2 pieces of luggage in total in the room. There were no other offerings except breakfast. The breakfast buffet and space was pretty small.

Perfect for visiting Shinjuku!

Good value for money, location is perfect very close to everything but yet in a quiet area. Everyone was super nice and helpful, abs the room was very clean. They clean it every second day, but provide clean and fresh towels everyday.

Pretty nice location.

Our room is quite big compared to other hotels on same level. The location is pretty good, only 1-2 minutes away from the railway station. The staffs are really nice too.

The soundproofing is not really effective. You can hear the noise from other room if the people are too loud.

Amazing location and staff!

10/10 location, easy to get to most areas in Tokyo! The rooms were really clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

The rooms are quite small, but it wasn’t really an issue for us as we were out most of the time :)

Nishitetsu Inn Shinjuku is located in a walking distance from railway/metro station, and the airport limousine bus stopped close by. We had a smooth check-in process. The room was clean but small. Breakfast was plentyful.

Ideal location for Tokyo visit

Location is excellent. Ideal for first time visitors. Very close to subway and trainstation Shinjuku. Room/bathroom is very clean, comfortable bed. Breakfast is fine, you can either have breakfast at the hotel or next door café. Washing machines on the 7th floor, very convenient. Friendly front desk staff, they offer free umbrella's when it rains. Hotel location is in a very safe area, close to shops and many restaurants.

Good location, close to 2 metro stations. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Amenities available. Clean and cleaning every 2 days unless you want more. Safe

Noise on the corridors at night that we could hear. Bed was not really comfortable for us. Small room. Breakfast was on B1 level and for us not really as good as the other hotels we had along our 3 week stay in Japan. There is a coffee place at the entrance of the hotel that can be a good alternative.

Very central and convenient

About a 10 minute walk from Shinjuku itself which isn’t a bad thing, we actually found it relaxing. It’s right opposite Nishi -Shinjuku station on the Maranouchi Line which was very handy if you didn’t want to battle Shinjuku station. The check in and out is self managed via a computer at the front. It’s easy but if you have a problem the staff are there. There’s a super little coffee shop on the premises with good coffee and a downstairs izakaya (where breakfast is served). We had dinner there one night and it was full and very lively. The food was great and much cheaper than heading into Shinjuku. The rooms aren’t large but they have everything you need. You can choose amenities at reception. We are travellers from Australia and had no problem staying here. The staff were very good and helpful. English is minimal but you get over it and work it out!

A reasonably priced option that met all my needs

Very Central location. Walkable to many sites and close to several transportation options. Great little coffee shop off the lobby and central to many entertainment and eating options.

Superb

The size of the room was just nice for one person. Comes with a bathtub and all the basic amenities. For the price, it's a pretty good deal for a long stay. Convenience stores and subway are just a few minutes walk away. It's also away from the crowd which I like.

Value for money stay near Shinjuku

The location is very near nishi-shinjuku subway station. However this station is a metro and you will need to change at JR shinjuku station. The area is very quiet with a coffee shop just downstairs, a macdonalds across the road and many convienence stores nearby. You will also be able to find many small japanese eateries in the small streets behind the hotel.

I mainly took the JR lines and did not want to pay extra to transfer to the metro so I had to walk from JR shinjuku. The walk is about 10 minutes but is unsheltered and can be hot in the summer. There are only 3 washing machines serving almost 10 floors of rooms but there is a washing machine room on the 14th floor that is only available for female guest.
