Excellent for its location alone

The location was incredible! It was about a 30 second walk away from a Shinjuku-sanchome station entrance (which had a lot of the main non-JR lines) and about a 6 minute walk from a Shinjuku (JR) station entrance. The hotel is also right in the middle of a precinct of restaurants with a lot of izakayas and Italian restaurants, and a very short walk away from main shopping areas.

The lack of cleaning services and the small size of the room were the main cons. If anything other than towel changing and bin emptying is needed, it's an extra cost for those staying less than 7 nights. This wasn't an issue for my solo-person 3 night stay, but I imagine in longer stays for couples, the small room could get dirty well before the 7 night mark.

Perfect location and great amenities in Shinjuku!

Excellent location in Shinjuku. Steps away from Shinjuku SanChome subway station. Tucked away on a little side street filled with local restaurants but you are steps away from the main street of all the shopping centers. Comfortable beds, nice bath products and included a washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, tea kettle and safe. Breakfast was included (both Western and Japanese style) which were good.

There was a slight odor of cigarette smoke hanging in the air in the main foyer and elevator at all times.

I would recommend this hotel as being very central and easy to access subway, bars and restaurants.

Very central with easy access to the subway, great restaurants and bars. Very close to the ‘action’ of Shinjuku while still having local culture.

Breakfast was very Japanese and the fruit was often still frozen. Otherwise everything was excellent!

The customer service sets this hotel apart as compared to another famous local hotel chain.

The customer service is amazing - warm and to the point. Easily accessible to food.

A real vacation away from home.

I loved how the washing machine and dryer are en suite. It made the whole vacation so much more convenient.

Lighting could have been better - it was either too dark or too bright at times.

I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I returned to the Shinjuku area in the future.

The location was just as we had planned. Close to 1) the train stations, 2) Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden, and the exciting nightlife of Shinjuku. We had five rooms that were located close to each other on the same floor. This enabled the grandchildren to mingle and the adults to meet and consult as we planned our daily activities. It was raining one morning, so we all decided to eat breakfast at the hotel... which turned out to be a good choice.

We didn't like the rain and the cold weather delayed the cherry blossoms blooming. So we just missed the peak of the cherry blossom season. But none of that had to do with the hotel or its staff.

交通便利周邊很熱鬧，早餐很美味。

交通非常鄰近新宿三丁目站，步行到新宿站也不遠，要逛街、吃飯或準備搭車前往其他區域都非常便利。早餐的自助吧菜色很豐盛，光是白飯搭配明太子、漬物和玉子燒就已經是很完美的一餐。一樓有咖啡機也有製冰機，可以隨時取用。但沒有提供瓶裝水，建議在便利超商先買好水。

這次訂的其中一間雙床房，房內有洗衣機，但操作上有點複雜，爸媽因為不會操作，折騰了很久才成功把烘好的衣服拿出來。房間稍微有點小，行李箱無法攤平。

Location was excellent.. near shops and railway station Clean and staff were very helpful I will definitely stay there again

I have no complaints.. only my room faced the back with just car parks and buildings.. I would ask for a room facing the front

Really high level and clean facilities, good location, worth the price

Extremely clean rooms, comfortable beds and facilities equipped with everything necessary and more. It’s in Shinjuku next to everything, but quit and not in the most busy corner.

The staffs understanding of English wasn’t always great compared to the level of other staff in similar places. Rooms a little small - be aware. Pretty expensive, but I understand that’s the standard for the area.

因為我短暫住一晚，隔天就離開新宿了，對我來說這個位置是方便且舒服的

地理位置非常好，距離新宿三丁目大概三分鐘路程，新宿車站大概10分鐘內，新宿巴士總站大概15分鐘內會到，附近餐廳非常多，也有伊勢丹百貨可以逛街。

飯店附近餐廳，居酒屋多，所以環境可能相對會比較複雜一點。

Great location, close to everything!

The hotel was a short walk from Shinjuku Station. My fiance and I checked in late with no issues. We did not have to walk far from the hotel to find amazing restaurants that were open after 10 pm. The room came with a washing machine. Although we didn't use it, this is a great feature for those staying longer. We were delighted that there was a microwave in the room! There is a 7-11 across the street and it was nice to buy food there and conveniently heat it up in the room. Will definitely stay at Tokyu Stay again!

Love it very much, and would commended also if back Tokyo will definately stay again.

Good size room, opens up luggage easily and has great facilities. All amenities there are superb, very nice welcoming staff. Got a room with a bath, and washing dryer that was so useful for multiple days.

Was lost in the direction for a couple of days, too many shopping and lights looked so similar everywhere. But it is great for finding everything in the footsteps.

Will not stay in this hotel again.

The location and room cleanliness are all good.

I will not stay the hotel again because very POOR WIFI. You can't even connect to WIFI at all. I had to use my data to access internet. Please be considerate when you choose this hotel. Btw, I stayed in 3 hotels during my vacation in Tokyo. Only this hotel can't connect to WIFI:(

Great value for money no doubt

Perfect location , in the heart of a nightlife area. a minute walk from the subway

The rooms are small but since we went touring all day it wasn't much of a deal. Breakfast is not continental but oriental , we didn't like it.
