Просторный номер, рядом с посольством РФ, комфортно спал, так как сторона была не на улицу.

Пожалуй только отсутствие окна - там просто стекло идёт в зиму вентиляции, но в принципе не сильно мешало, так как был по делам

There are better alternatives in the area and I shan't be returning.

The bed was ok, the AC worked, there was a good TV.

The room is very basic. It had no proper window, just a light well which gave some daylight but no view. They provide a kettle, small fridge, microwave oven, and 2 cups, but no teaspoons, no plates or bowls and no utensils. There are only hard surfaces everywhere, so if there were many guests the corridor could be very noisy. I didn't use their wifi nor try their breakfast. Check-in was annoying as they initially refused to accept my photo ID (issued by the Indonesian Government), and they also refused to give 2 key cards despite 2 of us sharing the room. The hotel is under renovation which means that it's noisy and dusty from 8.00am to 5.00pm. On top of that a well known bug killing firm was fogging the ground floor when I checked out, causing everyone to evacuate quickly.

The spacious room.

When you pay for a business suite, you don't expect to find yourself in a room whose only small window faces a wall. No outside view and little daylight. No buffet for breakfast. Only a meager breakfast served which did not satisfy my hunger. I had to go eat out.

Bad Luck Stay. Hope to improve employee education.

Location is excellent. Some big and good shopping malls including Setiabudi1, Plaza Festival, Lotte Mall etc are within walking distance. A station of Trans Jakarta Busway which runs special bus lanes is also so near that it's very convenient to get around the city. I stayed here more than 20 nights so far and I always feel the room is spacious enough and kept very clean.

I had only one problem this time but it was very serious for me. My room was 203 and the guest in 103 was always smoking at the closed balcony and the smoke comes up to our room (it was like a chimney. Although the window of my room was closed but there are space between the windows so the smoke came into our room. We asked a receptionist to stop him smoking because smoking is prohibited all area inside the hotel, or change my room to another. But the receptionist told me she cannot ask the guest because it was privacy and she also refused to change my room. I really felt extremely uncomfortable during the stay until the guest in 103 checked out on second morning. I strongly hope the hotel improve the employee education.

Perfect for introverts

The breakfast was really good and they bring it up to your room!! Perfect for introverts and The hotel had a tree in the lobby!

There were very (i think) tiny ants in my room. It didn't bother me much

Good stay

Big room, clean, with microwave, air conditioned, fridge, separated shower. Good area, with some commercial centers at walking distance. Nice staff.

Some technical problems with light when I arrived (solved changing room). Early check in only available paying, even if it is a small time (less than an hour). I know time is time, but many hotels give you the key if the room is prepared before check in time. Not something really important (at least I could leave my luggage for free), but it gives a feeling of "avarice".

breakfast is ok, location is good, staff was polite, interior once beautiful now is quite worn down

not very clean, some cards don’t work at the property (when we’ve tried to pay for the room upgrade, both of our cards were declined, although worked everywhere else), card key at the last day wasn’t working

Good location, clean, great price

Good location, just behind Ambassador mall and Kuningan City. The room was on the small side but it was clean. And for the price we paid, it's more than worth it!

Room could have been a bit bigger. And the security guy in front just stood there looking at us while we unloaded 5 suitcases. He couldve been bit more helpfull... But the check in staff were very nice.
