Great location!

The location is great, right in the middle of Caglari. In addition, I was a bit worried because the apartment was in front of a square with some restaurants and bars but the windows are perfectly well isolated and I couldn't hear anything.

The check-in can be improved: the hotel is easy to miss and there is no reception. The room is not as new as it looks in the pictures.

Exceptional

Perfect location, comfortable, spacious room with all necessary amenities: fridge, electric kettle, hairdryer, air conditioning. Large bathroom. 10 minutes from the bus and train station. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Very nice and helpful host. He speaks perfect English and helps you with all the interesting things to see in Cagliari.

Mosquiotes - they are very hungry :) but there is a device in the room to get rid of them. However, some of them still survived 😏

Lovely rustic room.

The room was basic and lacking some essentials like tea and coffee. But the owner could not have been more friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and highlighted the sights and even let us leave our bags in the room as we had a long wait for our flight. The location was incredible, directly in the centre of Cagliari and so close to a million cafe, restaurant, shops and transport links. There is a very good shower in the room and towels were changed regularly. Would stay again.

Lack of storage for our clothes. No wardrobe or drawers. The room windows were left open each day after the room clean which allowed the mosquitos to get in.

Very central accommodation

The check-in has been smoothly. Enrico has given me some sightseeing and restaurants advices, which was very nice. The room and bathroom got everything I needed there, it even had a heater for towels and swimming clothes to dry ;) The room is very central, so you can easily walk to all the sightseeing things. Nearby the terminal you can catch a bus (PQ or PF) to the beach in Poetto. If you go to Cagliari, I recommend to stay at the Maison Savoia!

Pleasant stay in old town

Good location in the heart of Cagliari. Spacious and nicely decorated rooms with nice and clean bathrooms.

Due to its location and rooms facing the wall, it was quite dark despite the lamps.

Great location.

Great location, very central and have great restaurants around. I didn't met Enrico in person but he gave me all details I needed, very nice host.

Only thing is the air-conditioning wasn't great, if it was really hot at night I would have struggled with it. But everything else was great.

Fantastic!

Very central easy to walk to bus/train terminal. All the restaurants are around, Enrico showed me where to go and extremely helpful. Clean big room. I had a wonderful stay.

Fantastic! Great host!

Enrico was a great host, really friendly guy with a good knowledge on where to go and eat and see everything around the city! Accom is right in the centre and room was cleaned everyday! Thankyou very much and we will be back!

the only thing is the wifi was a bit weak, but will not affect the overall score we are giving as everything else was perfect!

Good

The room and the bathroom was bigger than I expected. It was neat and clean. Worthy of the price. Great location.

The bed was not great. It was not a real bed. they had converted a sofa like structure to bed. It was little squeaky and not so comfortable because I prefer a soft bed. But it was not so bad either. They didn't replace towels every day , even though they come for room cleaning everyday. It was only replaced alternative days.

Cagliari downtown sea dream

Everything! Place, location, kindness of host....he let us make even ultralate check out considering room was free and we had late flight in evening. Fully reccomended

Nice stay

The location was very good. Close to everything (shops, restaurants, and supermarkets). 5 minute walk to the train station. If you want to go to the beach Poetto (if you don't have a car) you can take the bus at Piazzale Matteotti or in via Roma and in 15/20 minutes you are there. The host, Enrico, was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious.

A suggestion for Enrico. He gives you the possibility to have breakfast at a bar nearby(you can choose from a croissant or a few other pastries and juice or coffee). Unfortunately I couldn't eat anything because since I'm lactose intolerant the bar didn't have the option to give me anything that was vegan. So I had to go buy my breakfast and the owners of this bar are EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional..so Since many people nowadays have plenty of allergies and intolerances he should choose a bar that has more options (to eat) since breakfast is included in the price.

prime location, large space allowed us enough room for baggage.

the location was perfect. The location allowed us to park nearby at the port, we loved the square it was in. Ownership was responsive and helpful. The size of the apartment was large enough to live in for multiple nights and it was great that the property had a mini fridge.

Convenient location

Great location close to historic center of town. Easy to walk to restaurants, port and small piazzas

Steep steps to our room. Unfortunately there is reconstruction on the other side of our small street, so it was noisy.

Did not want breakfast. The location is great. Close to shopping, the port and marina

The kitchenette is extremely small with no vent and a microwave oven would have been very helpful. I stayed here 29 days and I like to cook for myself

Location was great. Enricho was very helpful and recommended restaurants, buses etc etc. Check in etc very efficient. Room size and bathroom was as expected.

Stains on a pillow case and on bed spreads. Definitely need more storage space, ie drawers perhaps. Also need more sockets beside the fridge. We had to unplug the fridge to plug in the kettle.

Lovely stay in the heart of the city, many attractions nearby. Big, clean room with everything you need. Very helpful host.

Breakfast can be improved, but it is Italian standard, i suppose: a croissant and coffee.

Superb

The place is in the center of town, at a stone throw from every interesting spot. And you have breakfast in the morning on the now empty and silent square.

Breakfast was ok but not great. The room is the heart of the city, facing one of the nicest little squares of Cagliari. Unfortunately it is also a crowded place and the chatter goes on till very late at night. So forget it about opening the windows to breath some cool air! Better use air conditioning.

Really nice room, with big bathroom. Location is perfect - just in the city center, close to bus/train station and next to restaurants and caffè.

Unfortunately there is no balcony. But the room is still great.

We love Italy :)

The owner is super friendly and helpful. He suggest what is worth to see or eat. We were impressed. The location in the city center but the window keeps the silence in the room so even the guests of restaurants down the apartament are not any problem.

I enjoyed the stay, would be glad to stay there again

The service was very friendly, the location is superb. The beds were comfortable and clean.

The room is a bit small for a triple room, the same goes to the bathroom - there was not enough place to organize better towels and etc. for 3 persons.
