Localização perfeita

A acomodação é maravilhosa, aconchegante e tranquila. O melhor de tudo é a localização, muito perto da Av. Paulista é próximo a Rua Augusta também. Uma padaria na frente que funciona 24 horas.

Um ponto a melhorar é o Wi-Fi, que funcionou em poucos momentos e só no final da nossa estadia, o que pode ser complicado quando se precisa de internet.

Boa estadia.

Anfitrião e porteiros muito educados e confiáveis. Localização excelente que facilita o deslocamento. Garagem incluída.

Ficamos no ap mais antigo que merece um investimento (por outro lado, tem preço mais barato). Um ponto fácil de resolver é pedir pro vizinho do andar de cima colocar uma mangueira pro lado no dreno do ar condicionado, ele pinga em cima do ar do quarto e faz barulho de goteira o tempo todo.

Perfeito para "turistar" em São Paulo

Localização excepcional: a poucos passos da Av. Paulista e do Metrô Consolação; padaria/restaurante excelente na esquina oposta, mercadinhos próximos. Dois quartos/suítes e um sofá cama na sala, o que nos atendeu perfeitamente (éramos dois casais + nosso filho). Gilberto é um excelente anfitrião, solícito e eficiente.

Não vejo a hora de voltar

Localização excelente, e apartamento acomoda bem até 6 pessoas. Ter portaria 24h faz toda a diferença e inclusive todos muito gentis. Camas muito confortáveis. Perto do metrô e de muitos points para quem gosta de sair para comer e badalar, ou até mesmo tomar um cafézinho e ficar de boas: opções para todos os gotos e bolsos bem próximos do apartamento. Ótimo para se deslocar para toda cidade, seja a turismo/passeio ou trabalho. Tv a cabo a cobo e internet funcionando perfeitamente, 2 ar condicionados funcionando normalmente, cozinha amplamente funcional, apesar de termos usado apenas a geladeira. Voltaria sim a ficar hospeda novamente

Como peguei as chaves na recepção, senti falta de ter um manual do visitante. Manual do hospede/visitante são muito comuns, não só sobre as regras, mas funcionamento de aparelhos, eletrodomésticos e tudo mais. Tive que entrar em contato para entender sobre a maquina de lavar, pois não sabia se ela precisava do uso de sabão liquido ou em pó no caso de usarmos. Apesar de no Brasil se usar tomada de 3 pinos há mais de 10 anos, as tomadas do apto, em sua maioria são de 2 pinos, o dono justificou que arranca o terceiro pino de seus próprios equipamentos em audio de WhatsAp, algo que não faço com os meus, assim como as pessoas que estavam comigo. Nada que alguns adaptadores não pudessem resolver e por acaso encontrei 2 na casa, mas não sabia da existência dos mesmos. Apesar dos pequenos inconvenientes voltaria a me hospedar com toda certeza, pois sai coisas pequenas,

Localização, segurança e tudo próximo a Paulista e linha de metrô.

Localização perfeita, próximo a duas linhas de metrô, comércio, padaria e a 200 metros da Avenida Paulista. Local seguro para andar a noite. Portaria 24 horas, funcionários muito simpáticos. Apartamento completo. Proprietário Gilberto nota 10.

Perfectly located and good equipped

The propriety is perfectly located , very close to the underground and to the main cool areas , 24h grocery. It is equipped and in a good condom.

It should be renovated .

Location is incredible. Few steps away from Av. Paulista. Close to bars, restaurants. Location-wise this is incredible. Communication with Gilberto, the owner, is easy. The keys were left with doorman and they stay there throughout the night.

Apartment is starting to show signs of age. Very simple decor but has the minimum to make a comfortable stay.

Compact, functional and comfortable Jardins apartment.

The location of the flat is incredible; literally a stone's throw from Avenida Paulista. The flat is also unbelievably quiet at night and the bedroom shutters are great at keeping the light out. The flat is also very well equipped.

I didn't like the fact that the car parking spaces in the garage were very tight and that at the time of booking we were unsure of the flat that we were renting as there are different sets of photographs for different flats that are available for rent.

The apartment is located in a very lively area. You have all the facilites close to it. You are also one street away from the Paulista Avenida.
