Ein gemütlicher Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub im AHR Costa Serena. Preis Leistung ist super. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ich würde die Anlage als Urlaubsort im "Vintage Stile" beschreiben. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert super.

Zum Zeitpunkt von unserem Urlaub hat es leider nie geregnet. Wasserknappheit kann man nicht ändern, trotzdem schade wenn alles staubtrocken ist. Die Mülltrennung funktioniert nur teilweise, weil die richtige Kennzeichnung auf den Mülltonnen in verschiedenen Sprachen fehlte. Auch wenn sich viele bemühten.

relaxing, sardinia is amazing!

the setting was lovely, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and two bathrooms was a bonus!

pool was wonderful, although the staff allowed very loud music to be played which was quite annoying!

Facilities and location were great

Bed and pillow could be much better. Housing is also very noisy

Nothing too fancy, just right for an enjoyable stay.

Parking was right next to our door, as everyone had their own slot.

Pool and tennis was closed and restaurant and bar were not inviting.

really lovely place to stay in quiet and peaceful environment. women working in reception were really nice, we got really good recommendations for dinner in Palau.

check-in between 5 and 8pm and then check-out before 10am - really unusual situation and considering the location and the road to get to the resort it’s rather inconvenient for anyone. the beds were not really comfy and the sofa bed was not prepared to sleep so we had to do it ourselves

Poor booking administration - got the wrong apartment

The interior was new and nice looking.

We did not get the room, we had ordered. We were "upgraded" to a room without terrace/balcony - despite our booking on exactly that! We got moved the next day, but it took *a lot* of negotiations with the staff. Swim cap is mandatory in the pool. The tennis courts were closed due to damages. The foosball court was a bumpy grass area without propper goals. The web advertisements explains a lot about children's club and lots of great activities for the children. These parts were not in operation during our stay.

The apartment interiors are completely renewed and comfortable. Close to a number of beautiful beaches that can be reached with a short walk.

The property did’t meet our expectations. Photos do not correspond to reality. Тhe pool didn’t work. There were bugs in the bedroom and we slept on the sofa in the living room.

Free parking spot for each apartment. The whole village (as they call it), including the apartment is very clean.

Don't trust the photos, they have many apartments and they randomly get you one. Apartments are on the ground floor and on the upper floor and you don't which one you will get until you arrive. Location is a bit remote.

Nice place for a family stay. Warm welcome and care from the whole team. Be it at restaurants, pool, market or cleaning staff. All of them have been soo kind !

Traveled back in time.

I would like to endorse staff. They were very kind and helpfull. Also surrounding area was nice, but that is the nature. Apartment was clean, A/C worked well and spoted new induction stove and fridge I guess. And thats it - for sleepover its good.

Missing basic hygienic amenities (soap, shampoo, only one toilet paper roll, detergent, sponge and dry cloth for kitchen…) This was kind of disappointment. So if you use dishes or kitchen, you have no chance to cleean it unless you buy all the necesary stuff… Single roll of toilet paper for a week was another chapter. If you wanna use swimming pool, you will have to wear swimming cap/hat. But worst was acouatics. If you aim to take good sleep and rest far from city in nature - forget it. We had naeigbours young italian ladies up all night. Not big party, just talking and laughing - like right in your bedroom. Not to mention moving chairs, door slamming etc. You hear everything quite loud. So pack yourself earplugs. Unless you want to calm down all the neigbours around… If you you have no car I would not recomend this place as its quite far from nearest town (Palau) - aprox. 10 minutes drive.

Nice accomodation close to palau

Very nice accomodation, large flat, clean, new kitchen and bathroom. Cosy balcony. Very close to palau (less than 10mns) for restaurants, shops or ferry to Maddalena.. quiet place very comfy! We got a great price

The swimming pool was closed (probably due to covid restrictions) but it wasn't specified on the reservation or even after... Too bad we chose it for the pool The kitchen doesn't have a lot of stuff The water drop of the shower is light

Great price quality and fantastic staff

As there was a discount on the stay it was unbelievable to get such a big appartement for so little money. Really spacious with a little kitchen, big fridge, cooking equipment, tv, ac in the living room and in the bedroom, couch, etc. I loved out balcony so we could sit outside. Everything was very clean. Also great that you can park the car in front of you appartement. The staff was incredible, friendly and helpfull, going the extra mile for every guest. There is a nice bar and restaurant and the beach is closeby. Also close to the beach Spiaggia dell'Isola dei Gabbiani where you can do water sports and have several nice beach bars with food and drinks. Great value for money, whish we could stay longer, would really recommend this place.

Internet was slow or sometimes not working, but if you need it for something important as I had for work related conference calls on my laptop just speak to the staff and they will help you out. The bathroom was a bit to small to fit in the bidet and the toilet, hence the toilet was cramped in next to the shower having little leg space when sitting down, but again for the little we paid we did not mind this.

Definitely not to recommend if you are looking for a pool

The ladies at the reception were really friendly but couldn’t help either. Location is nice and the apartment is like shown on the picture.

We booked the apartment because of the pool. The pool was closed due to COVID they said but all other hotels had their pool open. We even contacted them beforehand to ask that question but we didn’t get a respond. When we wanted to cancel the apartment due to that reason, they said we had to do it over Booking.com but that didn’t change anything because they contacted the hotel again and they didn’t want to give us any of the money back. So not a great experience… really wouldn’t recommend it. We saw that other hotels had in their description “the pool is closed due to COVID.” This facility decided to just give a general warning that SOME facilities COULD be closed due to COVID. Also not answering to our mails - we believe that this was done intentionally so that we wouldn’t cancel in advance without any cancellation costs. Definitely keep that in mind when booking! Especially during COVID.
