Disappointing

View from the balcony host is friendly, Answered what we asked for.. Looks like, We have to prebook the parking... but host is kind enough to give the private parking to us For the money you pay.. it is kind enough but host has to look for guest comfortable as well...

They have different rooms based on how many people are staying.. we stayed in a 2bed room apartment... Location From the room is super good.. But reaching the location is little difficult for us with couple of old people with me... kitchen items are not clean... we have to wash everything before we use Bathroom has broken pipes, We didn't bath there Few Doors are broken... Furnitures are old.. I got hurt by a nail in the chair But all this was fine for us because we stayed only one night there...

You get what you pay for

Barbara the host seemed nice. Bed was comfortable enough. It was good as a room for the night

I didn't realise it was up all those stairs when I booked. It smelt so badly of cigarettes, I couldn't sleep when all the linen smelt like that. I was never shown the terrace patio like in the photos my room only had a tiny balcony. The view was okay, its a shame there is high rise apartment buildings in the way of the sunset. It was just run down, dusty and the towels provided were so old and crunchy.

View is nice . Don't take stairs following google maps.. Take number 3 bus from Dubrovnik it will reach you near to guest house stop.

Room is not clean upto the mark and hot water is not continuous..

We enjoyed beautiful and romantic Dubrovnik. Good leg workout.

Barbara is lovely, helpful and kind. great check in experience. we felt at home quickly. the view from the huge balcony is incredible. Good value for money.

Some smell from the toilet of detergent and plumbing. I’m sure will be fixed, but nothing too serious.

Room said it included aircondition, but only thing in there was a fan. Very small room, hardly room for the suitcase.

Superb

Guest House Barbara is a very cosy hostel with a great view on the city. Although it is quite far frome the old town ( a 30min walk but you also have a bus stop at a 5min walk) the size of the room, kitchen and balcony (with pool!) balance it out. The staff is very kind and always here to help; Overall a great stay :)

Superb

we really recommend to stay here. the hosts were the best and very nice. the place is very beautiful and with a beautiful view! it's not so close to the center but there are bus stops really close, so that was not a problem. also, the bathroom was cleaned regularly so it didn't bother us that it was shared. in general, we really liked our stay here

the only thing about our room, is that it doesn't have any outlets, so we couldnt charge our phones in the room.

A really small room but fantastic view over Dubrovnic from terrass.

Fantastic view over Dubrovnic from communal terrass. A small place to cook shared with other guests.

A room barely big enough for a suitcase and a bed. No air cond in room in staed a small fan.

Strong wi fi, nice view, good breakfast (but extra paid).

The smell in the bathroom was quite strange and also the bathroom was quite dirty. Air conditioning and tv didn't work.
