Over all we were happy to stay at this apartment.

The host was very nice, the location is okay and the price was reasonable. Over all I recommend my friends to stay this place.

There are some space to improve cleanness.

Our stay at this apartment was fantastic! It's ideally located with all needed services nearby and the beach just a short walk away. We easily used Uber for getting around the city, like trips to the old town costing around 5 euros on average. The apartment was sparkling clean and comfortable with an amazing terrace view. The owner was super helpful and always available to answer any questions. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and highly recommend this place.

We had a very nice and relaxed stay in Dubrovnik at Miha Marusic Appartment

Owner of the premises personally took care of introduction and even helped us with initial shopping for the stay and took us to supermarket and showed us around in the appartement. Very good service and hospitality

Value for the money and lot of space with a view

Big apartment with two full bathrooms and a large balcony with a view. Clean and well equipped. Value for the money. Friendly host.

Great stay in Lapad Dubrovnik

Spacious apartment with big balcony and stunning view, we enjoyed our meals and the view. Miha met us near the property with the keys, parking is near the house. Walking distance to Promenade, 10 minutes drive to Old Town, we used Uber to commute. Highly recommended

The apartment has 4 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and bath, a shared kitchen and a large balcony with table and armchairs. There was a beautiful view of the city from the balcony, it was especially beautiful in the evening. Each room + kitchen has a separate air conditioner, which is very convenient. Was very quiet around. The owner was very kind, advised a local restaurant, which gave us a discount (after visiting other places, it turned out to be the one of best nearby). For those who come by car, there is free parking nearby in a public meadow. It is better to go to the city center by taxi (about 8 euros), because there are short parking spaces and super expensive. Everything was great! Thanks to the owner Mihailo Marušič. Хозяин говорит по-русски.

The apartments are located on a mountain, climbing the steps can be difficult for those who are not very athletic or have foot problems. If you have gone far, it makes sense to take a taxi, there is an online Uber and Bolt taxi in the city, at least.

Spacious, comfortable, splendid sea view with all facilities, consumables and help well provided

The host is super friendly and helpful. The property is spacious and has splendid view of the sea. It is at the terminal station of bus 2A making it super easy to get to the old town without the worry of car parking and seats guaranteed.

Beatifull Apartment, very confortable for 2 families (9 people). Very suggestive terrace. Miha, the guest, was very kind and helpfull, he suggested us to park the car and use the taxi ( thanks to Niksa take us all around) very cheep compared to the parking fare.
