Great value short stay accommodation

Staff are professional and able to communicate well in English. The room size exceeded our expectations compared to similar hotels we stayed in Japan. The free limited room service suited us well for a short stay. We feel the rooms are well cleaned. The lobby is comfortable for relaxing to start the day with free coffee. A lot of nice cafe around the area, and short walk to a couple of train lines. The close by Tokyo Dome City shopping centre has a lot of fun activities. The in-room washing+dryer machine is very helpful in summer to wash sweaty clothes. Good value. Highly recommended.

Bathroom has no exhaust fan.

飯店位置佳，有註記請安排安靜房間，每晚安靜睡的好，整體有很好的住宿體驗。

飯店位置佳，櫃台你員服務親切有耐心，1樓有免費咖啡、座位區舒適，備品自取也很方便。重要的是房間乾淨，雖不是每天整室清潔也很夠用，房間內洗脫烘機新又好用，微波爐及小廚房一應俱全。下次旅行的優先住宿選擇！

Excellent accommodation in Suidobashi

Location was so accessible to trains and subway. Property was clean and well maintained. We loved the guest dining facilities downstairs. A great spot to share many of the nearby dining options.

Great hotel in convenient area!

Very close to the Tokyo Dome where had tickets to 2 concerts. Also close to the train station . Very convenient for sight seeing . The area had a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. Room was comfortable and clean. loved the robe and slippers! Washer and dryer in the room was very useful!

東京DOME最初で最後の思い出宿泊

○ブルーノ・マーズのコンサート、東京DOMEに近くてとても便利でした。 ○お部屋も清潔で、良かった。

○朝食時に、トレーに並べたいろいろな冷凍セットをどうぞ！と渡される。混んでいないときでしたが、自分で読んで電子レンジ○分等、シチュー？やクロックムッシュを暖めたりしないといけない。有名なパン屋さんので、確かにおいしかったが、朝は、さっと手早く食べたい、と私は思いました。

조식포함은 안하는게 좋다. 그외에는 완벽

방도 괜찮고, 청소도 잘 해주고 방안에 세탁기랑 전자레인지 등 여러가지가 있다고 생각해서 충분히 만족합니다.

조식이 토스트랑 일본식 둘중 고르라고하지만 일본식이 거의 없어서 토스트만 먹을것이다. 일반적인 뷔페식이 아니니까 조식은 안먹는게 좋다.

素晴らしい滞在をありがとうございました。

水道橋駅からとても近くて便利周囲に飲食店も多く、食事も困らなかった。室内に乾燥機付き洗濯機、IH、電子レンジが備えてあり、長期滞在にも利用出来そうだと思った

全般的には良かった！

目的地、東京ドーム、交通手段、電車の最寄り駅想像以上にに近く、楽に行動出来ました！ウェルカムドリンクは有り難く、美味しく戴きました、

ロケーションが悪く！窓際にベッドあり暖房入れで冷気が入寒かった！

残念

東京ドームのコンサートに参加するための宿泊でしたが、ドームからすぐで便利でした。

設備が少し古く、鏡にひび割れが入っててもそのまま、説明書カバーもボロボロで残念でした。さらに、エアコンにはホコリが溜まっていました。

湯が豊富。バスタフが大きい。UBと部屋との床段差が平ら。

部屋のライトが消せない所があった。机の幅が狭くて朝食がとりにくいのでは？。ベッドヘッドの奥行きをもう少し欲しい。予約サイトにかなり多く支払ったようだ。

良かった。また利用したい

客室内に電子レンジ、ドラム式洗濯機があるのは、大変うれしい。最寄りの水道橋駅からも近くて便利。ホテルの近辺に手頃な飲食店が多く、晩ごはんにも困らない。チェックイン前に荷物を預け、出掛けたが、チェックイン時には客室に運んでくれていた。ホテル宛に宅急便を送っていたが、スムーズに受け取れた。 1階ロビーのフリースペースが居やすい雰囲気でいい。

駅から近い。ベッドマットが良い。飲み物のサービスがある。新聞があった。夜は静か。

駅から近いが分かりづらかった。夜は静かだが、駅が近いので朝は早くから電車の音がする。朝食付きだったが、和食が売り切れていて2日間とも洋食になり、スープは2種あり選べたが、パンは1種類だけだったのが残念だった。

お部屋で洗濯が出来るのは、家に帰って洗う必要がないのですごくありがたいと思いました。

特にありませんが、朝食のバイキング形式がなくなったのは少し残念な気持ちになりました。

Overall an enjoyable stay in Tokyo. The hotel staff made us feel welcome.

Breakfast selection very good. Helpful staff. The washing machine in the room a real bonus.

Very small room for a double. View to the blank wall right outside the room windows blocked light and a bit depressing.

The location was great.

The table in the entrance was forbidden to be used for eating anytime after breakfast. We dropped our luggage off at noon where the front staff saw us then when we returned to check in hours later where the same gentlemen told us we were too large for the room. We are average sized Canadians, which is large by Japanese standards but why not have the conversation at noon? We fit just fine in the end. We were a group of 3 so 2 rooms here seemed like a good option but it was awkward after this encounter.

Breakfast was excellent. Great selection to choose from.

Very small room so nowhere to put luggage except on the table and chairs so could only sit on the bed. No distant view from the room.

Good quality modern hotel in a reasonably accessible location.

This is a modern, well presented hotel which benefits from a substantial reception area for breakfast, coffee, breakout/workout. Staff were generally warm friendly and helpful. Travel guides are offered for Tokyo which are helpful. Rooms were slightly tight, minimal space for storage of luggage, but otherwise clean well presented and fairly sized beds/bathrooms. AC and TV were provided and working, plus a laundry machine. Noise cancellation was fair/good. Reasonable access to nearby Metro systems.

Staff were relucent to hold our bags for 2 hours after we checked out, disappointing given we were guests for 6 nights and just wanted to go for breakfast quickly.

In a great location near lovely restaurants, shops and convenience stores and overall a beautiful area of Tokyo. The room had a washer dryer which was fantastic when you're staying for a few days. Staff were all lovely.
