Gostei da experiência e recomendo .

O café da manhã é muito bom! Fui bem atendida na recepção. A localização é excelente.

Só não gostei de um comentário da moça da limpeza: " Essa mulher não vai desocupar esse quarto, pra eu limpar não?" * não identifiquei se o comentário era em relação ao meu quarto ou outro. Mas estava próximo. E faltava cerca de 30min para fechar meu horário de reserva.

Hotel necessita de uma grande reforma para voltar a ser o que era há alguns anos.

O café da manhã é bom.

Já me hospedei no hotel há algum tempo, mas desta vez fiqui bem decepcionado porque está velho, mal cuidado e precisa de reformas urgentes. Colchão bem mais ou menos, mobiliário antigo, paredes dos quartos sujas, papel de parede descascado, tomadas que não funcionam, guarda roupa com cheiro de mofo.

Pelas fotos de divulgação, eu esperava um estrutura mais nova.

O café da manhã é muito bom. Os funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos.

Me hospedei em dois períodos e os dois apto que ocupei a descarga do banheiro estava com problemas. A piscina não parecia limpa.

Quarto sem tratamento acústico e cobrança de água mesmo quando hóspede tenta repor

O café da manhã realmente é muito bom, chega a atender a expectativa, também a equipe que nos atendeu quando chegamos à noite foi muito simpática e acabou atendendo o nosso pedido de recolocação em outro quarto virado para o outro lado que não o da avenida.

A acústica dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, também notamos que o hotel precisa ter um cuidado maior com a questão de plantas no interior porque uma delas cobre quase que toda a escada e chega a atrapalhar, por falar em escada um outro grande porém do hotel é não contar com o elevador. Uma coisa também que nos chamou muito a atenção foi a questão que a equipe do hotel fez de não aceitar que a gente repusesse a água mineral de outra marca que não aqueles usam lá e detalhe a marca que o hotel usa é de uma marca extremamente simples, não é nada de outro mundo, não é nada de água de uma marca diferenciada e cara muito pelo contrário mas mesmo assim a pessoa que nos atendeu na saída foi intransigente e não aceitou o que a gente fizesse a reposição com uma água que a gente tinha comprado e acabamos tendo que pagar uma água caríssima, ficamos com uma sensação de lucro a todo custo baseado em mesquinharia.

It attended all of our needs.

The staff during breakfast it was our only problem. There wasn’t someone responsible who would really pay attention to the comments. We stayed for 04 days and since day one I mentioned there was no tea. Then another day we had a little incident at breakfast (got burned in a coffee machine trying to plug another machine at the electric plug) and we told the staff but they didn’t care much and didn’t take our advice allowing others to get burned the same way.. so my advice would be to add someone more mature to the breakfast room to be in charge.

Post modernist needing some care

The place is charming, the beds are comfy, bedroom was big and clean, the place has this 80s vibe. The reception has a crazy long plant and that's impressive. There are a lot of post modern elements to it if you are interested in the history of Palmas city construction. The breakfast had lot of options and you can have tapioca and eggs made on spot. That was super tasty but..

The receptionist was a bit impairment and sarcastic. She didn't welcome my mum at first and then when she saw my boyfriend and I, she was suddenly way friendlier. The check in took forever and we had to spell all our data after a super tiring holiday trip. We were dying for a shower and she wasnt really emphatic. The breakfast had a crazy amount of options and they make eggs and tapioca for you. But skip the fruits and taste the juice first. Ours were quite stale. The hotel needs some refreshing. We stayed in hotels 5 times older than this one, but details like the wallpapers ungluing from the walls in the cafe and dirty/missing painting are needed to keep it fresh.

It’s a great place for comfort!

I stayed at Girassol Plaza instead! I loved everything , except the Pallazzo Restaurant and some of the housekeeper staff.

The staff from the Pallazo Restaurant are very uncomfortable and not helpful at all. Breakfast is good but leaves something to be desired.
