A great and affordable family stay with the best location and staff!

The location was amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! The view was beautiful and the stay was comfortable

The wifi was a tad lacking but I don’t think it’s their fault and the shower pressure in one of our rooms was on the softer side but otherwise - no complaints!

Overall Good!

Lift available - very good for my weak legs. In fact, hotel should clearly indicate this on the web like booking.com to let patron knows. When I did the booking, I was not sure at all.

Very poor

We have booked 5 double rooms by booking.com 3 months ago.When we arrived the lady in the reception told us that there were 1 double and 2 families rooms with 2 double beds each one She told us that the booking.com did not inform her about our booking. The families rooms had excellent view to the river but we stayed 2 couples in the same rooms, ....... unbelievable

The entrance of the hotel is very dirty

Location. View.

There was no breakfast arrangement as advertised . We were informed that the hotel has undergone ownership change recently and previous facilities were not available now. Our bathroom did not have proper water supply due to some utility digging going on in the main road in front of the hotel. The owner was very nice and changed our room and also helped us out of the way in some other matter. Bathroom plumbing leaves a lot to be desire for.
