rare find with great host

Stayed here over the recent bank holiday weekend. Was greeted by Trevor who was warm friendly and welcoming. Our room was a well appointed twin room with 2 double beds which was a nice bonus. Breakfast was fresh and cooked to order for an additional £5. Had a lovely stay and plan to return to hotel Vienna on next visit to Blackpool Keep up the great work!

Absolutely fantastic staff, nice warm cozy room, clean bed & towels

the staff couldn’t do enough for us. they were so pleasant and helpful, absolutely nothing was a problem.

Good time in blackpool hotel room could of done with a bit of TLC.

Sheets wasnt clean, TV remote wasn’t clean, room didn’t look like the photos

It was a friendly greeting. The room was adequate size

The was no heating in the room, it was warmer outside in the street. There was no hot water. The duvet was too thin for winter (stayed there in February)

Think twice.

A shower..... after I left the hotel. I also liked that we had to wipe our feet on the way out of the hotel....

The Class a drugs on the floor next to the toe nails. The smell of porverbial bull manure coming out 1 of the managers mouth. I've never stopped anywhere so dirty, unclean and unsanitary in my life, a trip to the clinic and a penicillin shot was needed after we spent a full hour there before we left. AVOID.

cold, damp and not very accommodating

location was the only good thing

no one to check me in when I told them what time was arriving. I then had to book myself into another venue and when all I got was an upgraded room and no refund for my first night. not much of an apology from the person who checked me in. room was freezing cold, shower went hot and cold constantly. damp stains on the walls and brown stains on my towels

Exceptional

The location is perfect for our stay, close to town and the nightlife, the staff are always very welcoming and the rooms are always clean and tidy, we always stay here for a weekend on our trips to Blackpool

I stayed one night moved to a different place for the second night.

Nightmare, disgusting filthy, need I say anymore

Room and facilities were disgraceful, dirty room, holes in doors, stains on ceiling tiles, shower held together with tape, disgusting smell throughout the building, had to check out, we wasn’t prepared stay in this establishment. Very surprised that Booking.com allow these type of establishments to advertise on their site.

The location was good

,The room walls where covered in black mould, smelled .too, , The room is a health hazzard, , ours was rooms. 25, not sure what condition the other rooms are in tbh, . Would not recommend 😕
