Una settimana a Madeira

Sicuramente l'host, molto professionale e presente. La posizione molto comoda per visitare la parte meridione e orientale dell'isola. La quiete del posto e gli spazi dell'appartamento

Preislich ok, einfache Ferienwohnung

Es war ruhig gelegen, nicht weit vom Flughafen. Auf den ersten Blick war es auch ganz ok. Sehr netter Gastgeber, der uns einige Tipps zur Insel gegeben hat.

Das Bett war leider furchtbar unbequem. Hatten beide jeden Tag Rückenschmerzen davon. Die Ausstattung generell war etwas spartanisch. Einiges von den Fotos existiert nicht mehr. Küche und Bad waren nicht so sauber, aber noch ok.

Really good price for the value.

Really good price for the value. The apartment was the same as on pictures and description from booking.com. Our host was super nice and helpful before and during our stay in Madeira. Thank you so much Pedro! :)

Beautiful, quiet location but still close to shops and restaurants. Very professional and easy going host. Nice , specious and well equipped apartament. Pedro, thank you very much. We will be more than happy to visit your place again.

Very good

I loved the view from the apartment and the sun rise I could admire from the balcony! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The internet works really good. The apartment is spacious, there is a washing machine and washing powder. Kitchen is well equipped. Pedro is an awesome and talkative guy - gave us a lot of recommendations regarding where to eat or where to go.

Information about the private parking space is misleading - you need to look for a free parking spot every time you come back to the flat. Protip: after crossing the gate of the neighborhood ride up on the small hill and turn right - there are 4 parking spots with yellow line (you can freely park there), if no place there - drive further and you will reach till the end of the road and you can park there as well (spacious place). Unfortunately, Pedro wasn't available when we reached the apartment, so we needed to ask neighbours where the flat is. Protip2: If you see 4 parking spots with yellow lines you need to go down (steep road) and on the left there is an entrance to the flat. The bed was so noisy that we needed to take the mattress down on the floor and we slept like that for the whole week. Also, I need to add that Pedro wanted to make it up for us by returning some money, but we didn't took them. In the bathroom, you can see on the photos a slide door on the bath, in fact it was a shower curtain which I literally hate wherever it is. Also, there is something wrong with the water under the shower - it's hot at first and then quickly turns cold, You need to wait few minutes untill it gets hot again. I want to emphasise, that we didn't use a lot of water so we get rid of the hot one - there is simply sth wrong with it. Unfortunately, there was no tea, coffee or even soap in the apartment so bring it with you. Also, there was no wine glass :( We got 5 towels and 2 of the stank so badly we didn't use them at all. Despite the aforementioned things, I would recommend this place - it will be very nice to someone who doesn't look for a luxurious apartment but for peaceful place with an awesome view :)

Superb

Spacious, nice apartment with a scenic view. Pedro is a warm and helpful guy. Two beaches in walking distance and a bus stop around the corner connecting assomada to the airport and other destinations

I have no major complaints. If you don't have a car/motorbike it is a bit of a walk to the nearest supermarkets and other infrastructure, though (approx 20 min by foot).
