excellent sejour

les chambres sont grandes le petit déjeuner est copieux et avec un excellent service excellente propreté personnels agréables, respectueux et à l écoute

les chambres sont vétustes , avec des trous dans les murs des sommiers dont le revêtement se détache robinetterie qui n est pas vissé au mur personnels pas suffisants pour le restaurant (service long)

Нам дуже сподобалось розташування цього готелю і великий та чистий номер

Цей готель дуже переоцінений і явно не виглядає на 5 зірок . Дорогий спа. В басейні пісок ,лавочки в сауні зламані і не було світла . Дуже бідний сніданок майже не було вибору і дуже дорога парковка за ніч 15 євро . Хоча при виході з готелі якщо ви спуститесь вниз є безкоштовна парковка , але про це ми дізнались дуже пізно

Schitterend Hotel. Elke ster waard.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Propere, ruime kamers met een schitterend uitzicht. Een omweg waard! Personeel spreekt vlot Frans en Engels.

Hotel muy bonito

Es un hotel muy completo. La decoracion muy bonita. Tiene sala con bolos, billares y maquinas varias, zona relax donde disfrutamos de musica en vivo.

Aparte q no funcionaba la calefaccion y nos tuvieron que dejar un calefactor, nos tuvimos que ir a cenar fuera porque a las diez ya no habia servicio.

Very nice stay in the mountains

Very good service for reasonable price... Hotel is well located and very good equiped. You can enjoy the mountain view from some rooms. Do not hesitate to visit the wellness and spa.

It was more or less bad luck to go for the breakfast together with about 60 french tourist at the same time. Not a fault of the hotel.

Definitely not a 5-star hotel level, but its good if you are looking for a 4-star hotel experience.

The outside play area for the children is nice and the kids enjoyed it. its located in a beautiful area surrounded by bars with the mountain overlooking and river streams passing by. parking for our vehicle was always available. Even if breakfast officially closed at 10am, the staff always let us have breakfast till later when we woke up late.

This hotel shouldn’t be a 5 star. It is between a 3 star and a 4 star but definitely not 5 star! Personnel need better command of English, breakfast needs to be varied as everyday it was 100% identical for 1 whole week. Spa girl attendant was very rude getting angry at us for asking about the spa services because it was before 13:00 which is when the spa opens, and you cannot book with anyone unless you stay at the hotel (so you cannot place bookings in the morning) + the fact the spa is not open to use during the mornings is also not convenient (should be a 5 star remember!). The room decor had considerable wear and tear, def in need if a refurbishment (if it is to be considered as a 5 star remember!). Whenever you went to the bar in the lobby, there was a queue if 15 mins minimum to get served cos the servers are not enough or just slow. After 10pm there is no possibility of eating anything in the hotel not even from the bar, at maximum they will do you a toast but only after a lot of pleading and grumbling. SO DEFINITELY THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL. IT SHOULD BE DEMOTED AND REPRESENT THR REALITY.

It is not a 5 star hotel, maybe 3 or soo..

Hotel placed next to Ski Lift, just in 4 mins walking. Nice view from hotel pool to the mountains

No parking, no air conditioner. Check in takes 45 mins, check out 20 mins. Breakfast 10 minutes wait time to be seated in empty restaurant. Our windows view was to some wall with grpahitie and all night some cars driving above us. Looks like some basment level.. but it was 4th floor.

Everything was excellent as always. We have stayed at Diana Parc many times and can never fault the service especially David in reception with Dario, Lucas in the Spa and the brilliant chamber maids The room was lovely overlooking the stunning mountains and exceptionally clean with every detail covered . Breakfast was awesome

It’s gone downhill!

The location and bed comfort are exceptional. Having changed their mind about refunding the half board as the food was dire, they did give us a more spacious room in return and an hour at the spa.

It now seems to be under a new management where the policy is to give as little as possible - there is no free parking anymore (15 euros a day to park outside), there’s no welcome drink or spa hour. The food is quite awful; gone are the days of chef preparing a different menu every day at the Diana. It’s now the same menu for a month and unless you love pea soup and frothy cod, you will be disappointed. The staff appear disinterested to be there (cleaning the furniture whilst you are having breakfast), the ingredients are cheap (ready made pancakes out of a box) and the whole culture of the place has changed to penny-grabbing. We’ve been regulars for over 15 years- we will not be returning.
