Was weer een onbezorgde vakantie.

Super tijd gehad , fijn kunnen slapen , goed kunnen eten in t restaurant , goed ontbijt , goede prijds kwaliteit verhouding.

Slaapkamers erg gedateerd , ik schat t interieur op de jaren 70.

Personal de primera, hotel de primera

Estuvimos con mi familia y el nivel de limpieza tanto del hotel como del restaurante es excelente, sumado al nivel de atención de la camarera, calidez del personal del bar, la cena, exquisita, y la señora de desayunos muy amable, en conclusión equipo del hotel del mejor nivel, superaron mis expectativas en todos los sentidos. Volveré para el invierno.

juste une petite pose avant de rejoindre l'Espagne

très bien, à correspondu à ma demande

pas d'ascenseur et pas de parking de l'hôtel..3 ou 4 places à l'entrée du bâtiment juste pour l'arrivée et au départ (si non utilisées évidemment)..parking public à 250 mètres environ plus bas en traversant un pont

No es un hotel de 2 estrellas.

El trato del personal muy correcto

Las habitaciones no se podía regular la calefacción ya que era comunitaria, o cerrabas el radiador o abrías la ventana a 0°/-2° nevando. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y todas las camas con una funda de plástico bajo la sabana que se hace muy incómoda. (Podemos comparar porque nos cambiaron de habitación al segundo día en otra que no sé si era mejor o peor). Salimos de allí al tercer día con picazón en todo el cuerpo tanto mi pareja como yo, imaginamos que por culpa de ácaros y no unos pocos. El desayuno que incluyen… muy pobre, nosotros hemos asistido en temporada baja, espero que en alta sea distinto. En conclusión es un hotel de 2 estrellas que por las instalaciones y demás, deja mucho que desear. Hemos estado en hostales más bien mantenidos y cuidados que este hotel. Lo único bueno el trato que hemos recibido ha sido muy correcto pero por lo demás mucho que mejorar.

Arinsal is very beautiful and although we didn’t ski we could see that everyone else did

Our room after we changed. Restaurants and bars in the town

Not given a room with mountains view or balcony as booked, however, this was changed fairly quickly. No lift at this property and we were on third floor!

Very good

Big bathroom, nice staff, very good location. Clean rooms.

It does not have its own parking, difficult to unload the car. No lift. Noisy guests in the middle of the night, although it is written everywhere to keep quiet after 23:00.

Value fir money hotel in need of a little work.

The location of the property was excellent and the staff were very friendly

For a hotel in a ski resort the mandatory boot room only had space to hang 3 boots and was not heated so boots were still wet the following morning.

Well located hotel

A simple hotel in Arinsal. Downstairs dining room and adjacent bar area were pleasant and welcoming. Staff were friendly. Bedroom looked out over the river (other side faces road), which was in flood but good "white" noise at bedtime. Water took a long time to come through but was hot.

Couldn't make the tv work, but we were barely in our room so it didn't bother us, nor did we ask for it to be sorted.

Great value near The Derby Irish pub

Superb value for money in the centre of town. Dog friendly and near the fabulous Derby Irish pub. Fresh and tasty breakfast too. Lovely mountain view and a sunny terrace above the stream.

Everything was lovely.

Very claustraphobic rooms but very spacious bathrooms. Banging doors in the corridors in the morning non stop.

Lovely.

The hotel was clean and the location was perfect. It is a short walk to the gondola, restaurants and pubs. Breakfast was fine typical continental breakfast, everything was fresh and topped up regularly, really good coffee machine. Very good value for money.

Nothing, hotel was perfect considering the little time spent there due to it being a ski holiday.
