Overall, had a restful stay and enjoyed its downtown location to walk to dinner and shopping.

Strong water flow from shower head. Beds, pillows and duvet were comfortable. Rooms have enough space to move around comfortably. Access to hot and cold water from water dispenser.

Check in took 20 minutes. Lift was out of order for quite some time in the evening. Luckily we had carried all our luggage earlier and didn't do any shopping that evening. Faulty plug point at room 303, which caused the power to trip. Also, no fridge in room 303.

Good for the location

The staff was very nice. They allowed me to check out late. The location is good. The room was not dirty. Staff is great!

They need improvement in the rooms. The shower walls were cracked, and the downside of the shower curtain was full of stains. They don't provide free drinking water. The TV was old, not a smart TV. The bathroom fan wasn't clean.

smelly towels and noisy drunk bar crowd makes for a bad night sleep

distance to good food. air cond was cold, good for hot weather

towels was smelly , 5th floor bar bringing rowdy and noisy crowd disturbing especially 4th floor guests till 3am, parking was difficult

happy as the location is superb

the location

guest have to inform reception every morning to clean the room.......if u stays 2 or 3 days above make sure inform the reception to get the housekeeping to make up the room if u failed than they will not clean the room for u

close to eatery n drinking spot very convenient basic hotel wt everything you need ! definitely staying here again! Best Hotel with a reasonable price! car park provided too and that’s a plus point!

very good ... the price also not bad.. very recommended !

The food is tasty, the manager will make sure the place is clean and make sure people follow SOP . The location is good in the middle of the town, near to 'Family Mart' . the room is comfy but during my stay i have some sand on my bed i had to wipe it off with towel.

make sure there is no sand on the floor or on the bed

Fantastic

Excellent service especially the bar staff and reception staff. Fantastic location - the blue mansion and loads of other bits are in walking distance. Loads of shops and restaurants close by. Bus service runs right outside the hotel. Love all the little extras, such as free ice cream, free drink, welcome letter, refillable water. I can't recommend this place enough. Superb. Thank you :)
