Overall a very expensive stay with out the quality

The view was about the only thing. Apartment displays well, however it was a real let down. Starting with the car park. We weren’t guaranteed a spot & it was tight to get in &out. The bathroom had a constant stench of sewer. Shower door was hard to open & water drain wasn’t good even though the water power was really weak. Pillows were lumpy & one cover had mould on it. We had those replaced after the first night as my neck got sore from using it. Blinds didn’t work well as there was a big gap in the middle & sunshine was blaring through each morning at 6am. Top bed sheet was cheap as it felt lumpy. Entrances to building was usually dirty with sand from beachgoers. Open to public to access. Overall not worth paying this amount for just the view.

Very hard to find the building with no visible signage outside the front There was an ant problem in the room, ants on the floor and little midgets also coming into from external area

It was a very good decision to stay here.

Great location, apartament design nice and simple, coffee shop downstairs, the great romantic view from the balcony, the clean bathroom, many towels.

Overall very nice apartment, will definitely stay again

Location is perfect, not in the busy town or Mackenzie beach but both walking distance. Especially loved the balcony facing the sea. It was so nice to wake up to, and fall asleep on.

the shower pressure is low which is a shame

Proximity to the beach - lying in bed and seeing/hearing the waves. Not far from the city, quiet, serene area, even if among different cafés or restaurants. Clean, comfortable bed, amenities and well equipped kitchenette. Helpful staff and smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Amazing experience!

The seaview is absolutely stunning! You can see the sunrise from bed and hear the gentle sounds of the waves! The check in is very easy, the staff is helpful and accommodating. We had some problem with the tv and is was world cup so it was very important to my partner... Someone from maintenance came in the next morning and fixed everything. It's very quiet because it's far from the central area. It's about a 15 min walk to the center. We loved it 😍 Everything was perfect! We'll come back for sure!

The water pressure is indeed not very high as mentioned in previous reviews. But it doesn't matter at all because all the rest is amazing.

everything was very informative, good parking place, amazing view to the sea, clean apartament, friendly host.

For some people could be inconvience to wait for water to warm and not good water drainage (runoff).

All amazing..so cute but the best for me is to awake and see the sunrise from your bed..so pretty!! even so close from beach, so you can swim early in the morning!!

The building outside is a bit old and not very clean

Modern, comfortable, bright, light, great view of Mackenzie Beach, very well equipped. Ability to walk from room to beach, and enjoy a fabulous coffee shop, gelataria, fresh pastries, sea view @all in the same building. Everything thought of for an excellent guest stay.

Lovely place, very clean. Just as it is on the pictures. It was with self check-in and check-out. Easy to find. Easy to park. Manager/administrator of the apartment was available on whatsupp and willing to help.

Beautiful, quite room with excellent view

This spot is simply perfect. It was so easy to get in - had all the information on time / professional service, thank you! The room was beautiful, clean, and comfortable with an excellent view. Also, the location is great, only a few minutes walk from downtown, but everything that is needed is close by.

Location is perfect. Ease to reach from any part of Cyprus. Everything in was enough what you need for comfort stay. I had a good time staying there.

Location and the view!

Very poor water pressure in the shower, it’s just impossible to get a proper shower. And very bad drain in the shower too.. Overall, problems of this apartments are only about the shower)

Exceptional

Everything went smoothly starting from booking to dropping keys at departure. Amazingly equipped, you don't need to take anything with you besides your clothes. Take a few steps behind the building and you can walk right into the sea. Comfortable, clean and cosy. You may need to walk about 10-20 minutes to the Fort and the centre, but you'll enjoy the peaceful and friendly beach instead of the hustle and bustle.

Nice and clean room enough fo 2 person stay. Equipped with everything required, for cooking as well. Amazing view to the beach with sun rise. Guest support is amazing as well. Always online via WhatsApp.
