great location with many options for food and transportation. amazing host and good individual privacy. the bed was not
excellent location near many different bus routes, taquerías and street food (especially this outstanding taco stand in front of the oxxo after 8pm). really warm, helpful and hospitable host. lots of privacy and space in the private rooms. good security as well. also all the plants were so beautiful!
the bed was uncomfortable and could feel the hard grid of the mattress everytime i shifted. room got a bit stuffy as the only window faces the hallway. the female bathroom facilities were lacking. no toilet seat, no shower curtain to prevent shower spray from wetting the floor in front of the toilet. toilet paper, garbage can and sink were inconveniently far from the toilet. and i was suspicious of the dark coloured stains/sprays from a pipe above the sink area leading from the ceiling.

Safe and inviting visit where the staff went above and beyond
The place was really cosy and we felt very safe. The owner took the time to chat with us over some tea in the morning and suggested some places around Mexico for us to visit. Our room was perfectly sized for us and the food cooked by the staff was amazing!
Not many vegan options available on the house menu and the walls were very thin so we were often woken up very early.

It was super clean, the staff was very helpful and the location was great. Easy to get around and lots of restaurants. Bed is comfortable, slept like a baby. The hotel has a cute layout and homey feel with lots of natural light and plants.
The room was tiny, no windows and very simple. They only give you a bar of soap. Bathroom door is a see through screen, so no privacy if you are with someone. Also no privacy from other guests as we could literally hear the guy next door so much as clear his throat very vividly. The room was super cold at night as well. The people at the business downstairs (separate from the hotel but located in the same building) were very rude when we tried to purchase some soda. Apparently they only take orders through third parties like uber eats, but that does not make it ok to be rude.
