Wir kommen wieder.

Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Abendessen im Restaurant war sehr gut, wie immer. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig und die Ausstattung auch sehr gut. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Die Schallisolierung der Fenster könnte überarbeitet werden.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Promenade mit Shops und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Zimmer und Bad sind wirklich sehr geräumig. Wir waren zufällig während eines Veranstaltungswochenendes vor Ort und bei geschlossenem Fenster war aber kaum Lärm zu hören. Frühstück hat auch gepasst. Trotzdem es voll war, war alles verfügbar bzw. wurde aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Trotz Anreise am späten Nachmittag konnten wir das spontan angefragte Candle-Light-Dinner im Hotelrestaurant noch genießen. Vielen Dank dafür, es war ein schöner Abend zum Hochzeitstag!! Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Hot! But comfortable and pleasant.

Breakfast was very good (would have preferred more coffee choices) Location was quite noisy due to the festival in the square, but noise ended as promised at midnight and was quiet otherwise. The room was spacious and clean.

There were no tea / coffee supplies in the room at all. We asked and were given a kettle, which was great, but there were no cups just plentiful wine glasses! Perfectly happy to be in a hotel with no air conditioning, but temperatures were in the low 30s, we were on the top floor so the room was very hot and we would have appreciated a fan or something when the heat became too much.

Superb

The location is right at the center attraction of Wernigerode. The bathroom was newly renovated, super clean, and very comfy, and I loved it. The breakfast was good, though there was little selection for the bread.

We needed to go through some stairs on the way to our room, and we used a stroller for our baby, so it was pretty unpleasant.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the city of Wernigerode

From our first arrival to check out everything was perfect. Very friendly staff hotel was spotlessly clean throughout. Great location on the market place. Our room was very very spacious with a lovely bathroom . Cannot recommend this hotel enough Well done everybody at the Weiser Hirsch

Great place to stay in very interesting town - would happily stay there again.

Super location. The hotel was modern without losing sense of history. Tasteful decoration throughout.

Too many steps - small flight coming out of lift to bedroom passage and another to enter bar and dining room. Dining room was als on two levels. I walk with a stick and found this challenging.

Very nice hotel in a good quiet location with excellent staff and facilities.

Everything was just spot on. Location, hotel, its staff and room were all very good.

Lovely hotel in perfect location with super comfortable rooms and great food!

Perfect location on the main square of this delightful town. Room and bath were first rate and spacious and clean. Restaurant was fabulous and had a variety dishes including some exotic ones. Staff were very kind and helpful, I would come back!

Overall a great place to stay for your time in Wernigerode!

Check-in was fast and easy, and the lady at the front desk helped with info and timetables, as well as sending a fan to the room. Breakfast was delicious and the attendants were very helpful and kind. Also, while the view from our room was not great, the location of the hotel was perfect.

The view from our room was fine, but not great. We were also surprised to learn that there was no air conditioning in the room, but the front desk did send a fan which helped.

Very comfortable and clean room with separate wardrobe section. The bed is beyond praise. Breakfast offered dishes for every choice and taste, including for vegans. The staff is very attentive and kind. We will definitely come back here

The breakfast was ok, no local foods on breakfast like bakery goods or nudossi, but the staff was very friendly...
