Spacious room and bathroom. Very nice personnel and good breakfast. Also, good location with bus and tram stop right outside the hotel.

Great facility across all measures of hospitality, access and comfor. The staff were extraordinary.

Location easily accessible and directions provided accurate. Staff friendliness and helpfulness exceptional. The surprising extra touches like free access to a range of fresh fruit, tea and coffee and cakes. Cleanliness excellent.

Extremely friendly staff

Great service and very friendly people. Room was quiet, situated at the inner court. Extra service was the (ice) tea, coffee, fruit and pastries for free all day.

Price was really high 'thanks' to Art Basel.

Good

We slept here on our way to our final (ski-holiday) destination. The hotel is ideally located, right next to the highway. The closed garage is nice, especially with a car full of holiday-gear. We arrived at midnight; fortunately, the staff arranged for us that we could enter our rooms (and the garage).

The beds/matrasses were terrible (about as soft as a wooden plank...)

We enjoyed our stay very much in this hotel.

We have 2 rooms for me and my family. The rooms were very clean. We got our rooms very early although the normal check in time was 3pm. Their breakfast was excellent. Lots of varieties and good quality food. They provided fruits throughout the day and light snack in the afternoon. They even provided bottle waters in the room. The restaurant staffs were super friendly. The location was very convenient, right in front of the tram station and also very close to bus stations.

1. Staff told me over the phone that there was parking without saying there was a charge - dishonest. 2. Only one tiny pillow on the bed.

Good stay for a solo traveler.

The staff are very friendly/helpful. The location could be better but it is still okay. The room was quite large and quiet. Very nice bathroom and amenities.

Good enough but Expensive

Very Good staff , Specially Reception lady was very polite with warm welcome and very helpful to introduce place, restaurents , ... also she is very helpful to support guests out of working hours in night to find a good solution to solve the problems!! The breakfast was really amazing and good enough !! alaso the waiters in breakfast restaurent was very good

no facility in room such as bath shoes and tooth paste ,etc....

Very enjoyable.

We stayed here on the way to Italy. Nice place to explore Basel for the evening. Easily accessible by car from the highway. Very nice, spacious room for the four of us, at a reasonable price. Friendly staff.

Breakfast is a bit pricy, so we skipped that. Instead we got some breakfast across the street.
