Buon appoggio, comodo al centro

Siamo state una sola notte di passaggio, Antonio è stato molto amichevole. Non c'è la colazione, ma la struttura fornisce te e caffè che vi potrete preparare al risveglio il b&b non è moderno, ma pulito e comodo per raggiungere il centro e il mare in poco tempo Parcheggio comodo, dietro l'angolo a 10 euro al giorno tramite il propietario

good location to reach all main touristic points.

Perfect location . Mr. Antonio helped to get a long term car parking ticket . The public car parking is just beside to the guest house.

Me encantó el trato de Antonio, una persona súper amable y se le nota que ama lo que hace. Otro detalle a resaltar es que teníamos café e infusiones en el apartamento. Aunque estuvimos solo una noche quedé encantada, sin duda cuando vuelva a Alicante me hospedaré aquí.

Świetna lokalizacja i pokój z łazienką oraz mini kuchnią, lodówka,czajnik, kuchenka mikrofalowa oraz ekspres do kawy + naczynia, sztućce, kawa i herbata, pokój codziennie sprzątany, a Pan Antonio to przemiły i serdeczny człowiek

It was great and I would stay there again for my next visit.

I loved the coffee maker in the room plus the espresso cups. I liked that there was air conditioning in the room which made my stay very comfortable. The location was a 15 min walk from the train station and in a good central location for downtown. I also liked the security of the building. Antonio was very polite and patient has I tried to communicate in Spanish to the best of my abilities.

There was not much I didn’t like. It seems like a popular location so I wasn’t able to book a room there before my departure. The shower was a bit tight to stand and move around in.

Excellent location in the centre: 250 metres to the bus stop to Airport; 350 metres to the Rail Station; Local central market is near too

Too noisy if you open windows and if your neighbors talk loudly :)

Great apartment close to the centre of Alicante. Quickly layout, but plenty of space for a family of four. The little courtyard garden is a good addition.

Little love nest

Absolutely beautiful place. We had the Delux King studio and we loved it. Very cosy, well decorated and has everything you need-including little kitchen and dining area. Antonio seemed like a really nice person, and great late check out at 12!

It's right by the street so sadly it was very noisy in the night (we stayed on a Saturday night though). Girlfriend also had a bad reaction to the detergent used for the bedding/towels.

Quiet and relaxing guesthouse

Typical Spanish guesthouse, in central location, easy access to explore Alicante. Quiet room, clean, good shower, single room with tea making facilities and fridge. Washing line out of window for swimming costume. Felt safe as a female traveller. Helpful host. Alicante is a beautiful city to explore on foot and easy access to public transport. Approx 15 min walk to the beach, 4 mins to supermarket.

Amazing place, great location - wonderful

Sparkling clean location with beautiful new renovated bathroom. Comfy bed. It had everything you could need, including coffee machine, tea kettle and cutlery. There was a lot of attention to details so that guests feel totally comfortable. It has a great location, next to restaurants, shops and breakfast options. You also have a safe parking nearby.

Perfect location. Nice owner. The apartment had all basic stuff needed for a short stay

Bad insulation, noisy, irregular warm water, not many electric plugs, you cannot flush paper in the wc (it has to go to a bin), electrical problem with the fridge that almost ruined my food

Great location, powerful shower with plenty of hot water throughout the day. The mattress was very comfortable. State of the art aircon can be used both for heating, cooling or damp control. Surprisingly well equipped kitchen cupboard with nespresso machine, kettle, microwave with grill function and fridge. Decent wifi, which we needed for work. Friendly staff - We were very happy during our 5 night stay.

The host was super nice and friendly, the apartment itself was really nice, it had a lovely patio but unfortunately we did not get to use it as we had bad luck with the weather, but it would have been perfect to sit there drinking wine if it wasn't cold in the evenings, cute and cosy place.

everything was great, nothing to complain about :) I would totally recommend it especially in the spring and summer when you can use this wonderful and cozy patio.
