Just perfect. Was like a home away from home!

The Property Manager Paul and his wife made me feel so welcome. It was like staying with family with how welcoming and helpful they were! So appreciative!

I just struggled with the stairs with carrying my bag and groceries up.

Great location, great host and the one bedroom apartment was more than satisfactory for our needs. Great to have a car park you can get in and out of easily

Only issue was lugging bags up and back down a series of stairs, but that was a determent and kept me fit!!

Great stay!

Paul was super friendly and very helpful. He welcomed us straight away and it felt very homely in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. There was a washing machine and dryer which were handy to have. The rooms were all spacious. It was in a great location, 5 minutes from the beach and about 15 minutes from Woolworths for shopping. We really enjoyed our stay!

It was very comfortable and equipped with all the basics you could need. Paul was very helpful and friendly! The location was very good, close to the beach and within walking distance to surfers paradise and broadbeach. Would definitely stay again 😊

Even laundry powder was supplied. Cooking was a breeze with fully stocked utensils and pots etc.

Only a street away from GLINK station, the apt was fantastically located. Beach, Tram Parks and food outlets all within 5mins walk. Property manager Paul was available anytime and helped with all our needs. Wifi met high standards of speed and download allowance even for my teenager. B.B.Q area poolside was great, loved all the little things you need available at no extra charge. Most comfortable away from home stay for us , Thank you.

Nothing but good things to say, our stay was fantastic.

Great location and friendly service

The apartment is really clean and well kept. Beds and sofa were quite comfortable. Double rooms were connected by stairs which was useful and double balcony a plus. Minor maintenance needs to be done on a towel rack in the lower bathroom but otherwise the showers were great! Kitchen facilities were quite adequate with detergent provided, quite useful. Paul had provided us with mineral water and milk on our first day which really helped when we checked in late at midnight! Big thanks! Location was perfect with the beach within safe walking distance. Ample secure carpark space under the building. Will definitely stay again.

The ceiling whilst great to have, is quite low. So tall folks need to be careful or if you are stretching your arms up...might lose a few fingers. We were woken up daily by the construction activities that is happening currently. Also don't feel as private with the full view of the workers.. Can't do much until the building work is finished..likely for another few months.

Very enjoyable stay

Perfect location in a more quiet area but within walking distance of surfers paradise and Broadbeach and only a few minutes walk to the beach! Paul was very welcoming and clearly has a great deal of pride in the accommodation which shows.

Awesome!! Can’t wait to do it again!!

The property was great!!! We had 2 balconies which was awesome. One bedroom upstairs with a bathroom, downstairs was a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen & lounge with table & chairs also. We had a washing machine & dryer that came in very handy as we stayed for 10 days. It has its own pool also. Would definitely stay here again. It was only a 5 min walk to the beach. There’s a bowls club down the road u can walk to, & everything else is just a 5 to 10 min drive. We ate at every surf club around the area, & a couple of taverns. Pacific Fair is only 10 min drive & has everything for shopping with 5 hours free parking. Harbour Town is also great for shipping & that’s about 15 min drive. It’s only about 25mins to 1/2 hour drive to fun parks. Was a great price to stay here. Vert comfortable.

Superb

Perfect accommodation, was able to prepare meals in the fully stocked kitchen. Milk was even provided upon arrival, saved money by doing our own laundry daily. Had a great experience would absolutely recommend!!

There was no Wi-Fi at the time, but was notified that it was being installed the day after we left.

Comfortable and well located

Location was fantastic, you can walk to the beach, shops and great coffee within a few minutes. The pool was lovely and warm, even in the middle of winter. The apartment was clean and had two sunny balconies. The furniture is a little dated (this was expected given the photos), but the beds were very comfortable with nice crisp sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Paul was a friendly and helpful host.

Outdoor path lighting could be stronger at night.

Perfect location for us at the time.

Paul, our host, was very friendly, helpful and responds quickly to messages. He even left us milk in the fridge because we arrived late.

Comfortable, value for money apartment.

Excellent location between Broadbeach and Surfer's Paradise. The unit we had (13 on the 2nd floor) was spacious and comfortable. Good restaurants in walking distance (20-25 mins). Paul, the manager, is friendly, and willing to offer advice and have a chat. Nice pool area, small but good enough to cool off in.

There are no lifts so this needs to be considered if stairs are a problem for you. The unit we had did not have airconditioning and this could be uncomfortable in the warmer months.
