Pequeno almoço razoável Rececionistas simpáticas

Funcionários a discutirem ao pequeno-almoço Estar no bar a noite à espera espera para ser atendida e dois funcionários fizeram de conta que não estava ninguém e virarem as costas e ao fim de 15 minutos desisti, muito mau mesmo 😖

Gutes Stadthotel zu gutem Preis

Zentrale Lage, trotzdem gut erreichbar mit dem Auto. Parkhaus im Hotel. Grosse angenehme Zimmer mit Sicht auf die Kathedrale (wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock). Gutes Frühstück.

Clean, spacious and great value for money

Very good value for money, staff were always friendly and the room was very big and kept very clean. I loved that the windows opened so I could sleep with fresh air. Sealing windows shut is becoming more common and UK and some European countries

Breakfast wasn't particularly good, but still represented good value for money. Restaurant seemed empty most of the time and I didn't eat there.

Quiet room with an amazing view

We chose this hotel because it is located in a nice place, near the historic center. We arrived by car, and saw that the parking lot was big, so no problem to park our car. We had quiet nights, and were surprised by the view in our room.

The parking lot should be cheaper. We paid 24€ for two nights there, a bit expensive since we already paid for the room.

Pretty good overal, could be better for the money I spent.

The location was great, comfy beds, decent breakfast. Nice on site parking. Nice staff.

The mini fridge was way too small, no microwave, it got cold at night and there wasn’t heat until a worker came by and had to manually switch the breaker to heat, and even then it wasn’t warmer at night. The breakfast wasn’t great, eggs, ham, bread, cereal, fruit. The eggs were kinda gross and ham super mushy. Flavorless cereal. Bread was good though.

Easy to find, secure parking, comfy but functional room

Walls are a bit thin so hear talking and moving around, and room furniture is noisy when moving around

The staff is very kind, the rooms very clean.

It does not have a double bed, there were two single beds joined together. The soundproofing of the room leaves much to be desired! There are no vegetables at breakfast.

easy to get to location with underground parking . very good value for money. super king size comfortable bed. Only a short walk into Salamanca

Not a 4 stars hotel. More like a 3 stars

The location is very good. close to the city centre.

The quality of the bed is quite poor for a 4 stars hotel.

Pleasant

The view is incomparable,you can see the Cathedral on the balcony! No better place than here. The personnel of the reception and breakfast are super nice!

I just can’t believe it’s a 4 star hotel… First of all, they didn’t provide any bottle of water or soluble coffee,as a 4 star hotel should do, neither do they provide kettle for clients who want some hot water for tea or whatever. I went to downstairs to ask for hot water because I was not feeling well with my stomach, the reception told me to go to the bar for it. However, the man who works there even wanted to charge me for the hot water. Excuse me? I hope that waiter can help the hotel earn as much money as he can with charging for hot water, best wishes for you! This is the most hilarious experience I have ever had during my trips! Secondly, what they have on bed is a light sheet, but they provide a blanket in the wardrobe… It’s winter and it’s cold,and you don’t have heavy quilt for clients… Again, as a 4-star hotel, I sincerely hope you can make some internal update!
