A localização é ótima. O quarto é simples e supriu todas as nossas necessidades.

O quarto estava limpo, porém no banheiro havia cabelo grudado na parede do lado do chuveiro. A iluminação do banheiro também era ruim, porque iluminava somente até a cortina do chuveiro, quando estávamos tomando banho com a cortina fechada, ficava escuro.

Perfectly located clean and modern hotel

Clean and modern hotel located close to the railway station and right next to the Machu Picchu bus stop. Nice view from higher floors

Bus to Machu Picchu right outside and extremely friendly and helpful staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this hotel which was close to the train station and had the bus station for Machu Picchu right outside which made it extremely convenient for our early morning tour and they arranged a private guide for us for Machupicchu who was extremely knowledgeable and charged less than the guides in the street. The river running past out the front helped provide white noise to cover up the noise of people waiting for their bus. The staff were really friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay, even providing breakfast outside of their normal hours on the days we needed a sleep in after all the hiking. They even organised a free upgrade to a queen room on the floor above on our last night because there were repairs being carried out on our previous floor and they allowed a late checkout on our last day and held our luggage securely for us to collect in the afternoon in time for our train back to Cusco. There are many restaurant and Cafe options nearby as well as the restaurant attached to the hotel. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Not dislikes so much as observations. We had to request the heater to be turned on for hot water whenever we needed a shower and even then the water was never overly hot, however, we have learned this is a common issue in Peru. I also struggled with the incense burning in the lobby as I am allergic to it but once we were in the lift and in our room it wasn't an issue. Also there was no mosquito netting on the windows so I was reluctant to leave them open.

Very convenient location. Q for buses to Machu Pichu directly outside hotel. Nice warm comfortable room and good wifi. Comfy beds. Hotel had a lift which is a bonus in Peru. Helpful receptionist

Great location and staff were friendly.

Lucy-Mary spoke English and was a wonderful host of the hotel. They went all out to accommodate us in all aspects such as breakfast times, information, etc. The location was excellent.

Excellent location, clean room and very helpful and friendly staff

Excellent location, right next to the bus ticket office and the queue to the bus to Machu Picchu is just outside the hotel door which is very convenient for early departures. The staff were very helpful, gave me lots of tips and advice, provided a packed breakfast at 5 am and stored my luggage for the day. My room was very clean and had everything I needed. Very comfortable bed.

The only reason for giving it a good rating rather than excellent is because there was no hot water. The water in the shower was tepid for about 3 minutes and then went cool.

Acceptable Accomodations but may be a shady business

The location was good and the facilities seemed appropriate for the price.

The hotel supposedly accepts Visa (a sign in lobby and noted on our Bookings.com reservation) but they wouldn't even take my card and insisted on cash -- also in USD and not Soles. If this was a requirement then it must be communicated very clearly beforehand. We had the cash but felt scammed. Beware!

Location was perfect! Staff very helpful and the owner Luz is a gem.

Pillows could be softer. Better lighting in the room and stairwell. Breakfast was skimpy, plain. No frills decor.

Good location right on the main road, easy for buses and train station. Breakfast was good and quick when in rush. Staff were helpful.

Was great, would stay there again

stayed at Casa for one night and likes it - very hospitable hosts, comfy bed, filling breakfast. Had a great sleep - even though the night was cold, there were down blankets in the room that kept us warm. It’s next to Mesa 7 (great coffee) and bus stop to board the bus to Machu Picchu. could get a little noisy early in the morning, but that did not bother me

This is a good buy for the oney.

This is in central Aguas Calientes ( Town of Machu Picchu .) The town is at the base of Machu Picchu proper. The town exists almost exclusively to service tourists going to and coming from Machu Picchu.

Not enough hot water, if any. There was a noticeable tension in the town between the locals and the tourists. I am with the town on this one. There were some large groups of obnoxious young tourists who were not acting right.

Beyond expectations!

The hotel is very clean and perfectly located within minutes of the rail station and any restaurant in town. Also, the Machupicchu bus queue is literally just outside its door! What’s even more amazing is the staff. They go beyond kindness. They will do their best to help you. I left to catch my train and was already on my way in the middle of the crowded market, when the man from reception tapped me on the shoulder to give me my wallet, which I forgot on their reception couch. I highly recommend them.
