ojo donde te metes

cerca de las pozas de agua caliente..osea al final de la cuesta del pueblo

la cuesta de la calle .El aroma a desagüe de la habitación...y sobretodo que contratamos el precio con Booking por 44 dólares..y al final que si comisión de tarjeta. y yo que se... pagamos 55dólares..no me lo imaginaba tal racanez ..no había agua caliente

Muy recomendable

El Hotel es muy acogedor , queda a unos pasos de los baños termales , y a 8 minutos caminando de la estación del tren . El personal es muy amable , recogieron mi equipaje y lo llevaron hasta el hotel desde la estación del tren en Aguas Calientes . Muy recomendable !!!

Muy buenas camas

Las camas son muy comodas, la limpieza buena. El desauyno muy bien. La ubicacion es lejos de donde te deja el tren. Hay que caminar mucho y en subida. Pero el lugar es lindo. Se puede dejar tus valijas en el hotel cuando se visita Machu Pichu. Tiene el centro de restaurant en la puerta. Muy seguro.

NO TIENE CALEFACCION. Nos dieron una individual, pero hizo frio de todas maneras. Nuestra habitacion tenia vista a la catarata. Muy linda pero con mucho ruido.

Limpeza impecável

1. Quarto super limpo e ventilado, com o som do rio corrente. Uma delicia! 2. Limpeza muito boa. 3. Fomos recepcionados na Estação de Trem por um funcionário, que nos conduziu até o hostel. 4. Chuveiro quentinho

Unica ressalva é a localização, que é um pouquinho longe da Estação. Assim, quem tem malas acaba sofrendo.

No Coração das Águas Calientes

Está bem pertinho das Termas das Águas Calientes, ótimo para se banhar e regressar ao hotel e também a região é bem calma e amena.

Tem umas boas escadas que para quem não está acostumado a subir pode cansar um pouco.

Comfortable, basic hotel with good breakfasts

Very clean, comfortable hotel close to the hot springs and overlooking the river. The breakfast was very good and served very early if you have early tickets to Machu Picchu. Beds were very comfortable. Good value for the money. It is at the top of a pretty steep street which may be an issue for some people.

It was a bit old but since we didn’t complain we don’t k ow if there were heaters available.

Bem localizado e organizado

Extremamente limpo e organizado. Fica no centro gastronômico de Machu Picchu Pueblo. Basta sair do hotel para encontrar várias opções de comidas. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e deram várias informações. Melhor chuveiro que experimentamos no Peru.

O café da manhã possui apenas a opção de frutas e pão com ovo, limitando um pouco as opções veganas.

Definitivamente recomendaría y volvería

Amé todo en general, la vista al río en primera fila quedó grabada en mi memoria, el personal muy amable y atento desde el primer día, una ubicación excelente y el desayuno muy bueno también. Los detalles que no me gustaron parecen pequeños frente a todo lo bueno del lugar.

Hay algunos pequeños detalles en el baño como la ubicación de interruptores/enchufes o los colgadores para poner toallas. También como está al lado del río se nota la humedad, si dejas abierta la ventana del baño el olor se pasa pero entran bichitos, quizás no estaría mal poner un mosquitero.

It was okay

We booked two rooms and one had a small balcony with the river view- it was nice. The breakfast was pretty good. The property locates close to the hot springs. The representative met us in the train station to show us the way to the hotel.

The walls and the ceiling have red spot marks, so we wondered would it be from the bed bugs or some insects, also there was mold in both rooms which could be from the humidity. One room had a few moths in the room. There was no elevator. It is far away from the center and took us some effort to get there especially for my 50 yo relatives. There was construction next door and they worked until 8 pm- loud and noisy. They change the towels only once,the towels were very thin but still they would not get dry in such weather conditions when it rains and humid :( even though I kindly requested to change the towels- they refused.

Ubicación, comodidad y personal de 10. Habitación muy fría y el agua costaba salir caliente.

Era una habitación que cumplía con lo que necesitábamos: comodidad, desayuno incluido y ubicación excelente. En menos de 10 minutos caminando llegabas a todos lados (restaurantes, estación de tren, buses hacia Machu Picchu, etc). La atención del personal fue genial. Nos escribieron por WhatsApp para conocer nuestra hora de llegada al pueblo y ayudarnos con el equipaje.

El agua salía fría. Estuvimos como 10 minutos para que el agua saliese suficientemente caliente. Carecía de secador de pelo. La habitación era muy fría. De hecho, hacía mucho más frío dentro que fuera en la calle. Si unimos esto a que el agua apenas calentaba...

Ótimo custo benefício é excelente café da manhã.

O pessoal entrou em contato antecipadamente para nos pegar na estação do trem, o que fez grande diferença pois chegamos no início da noite e isso agilizou nossa chegada no hotel. É bem localizado (na rua principal), mas é mais acima , então tem uma subidinha cruel quando está cansada. No mais é ótimo custo benefício. Café da manhã muito bom! Começa as 5h da manhã, ótimo para quem vai sair cedo para Machu Picchu.

Agréable séjour aux pieds du Machu Picchu

Personnel très sympathique et très arrangeant! Nos vêtements ont été lavés dans la même journée avec un supplément. Juste à côté des bains thermaux!

Pas de rideaux ni de volets à la porte fenêtre. Bruit de la cascade assez présent dans la chambre.

Hot water, warm room!

Hot water with good water pressure is available in this hostel. This is a big advantage for any hostel in Peru for such low price. The room was very warm in the night. In early July the temperature outside drops to 10C (50F) but the room stays warm. The room and bathroom were very nice. It was pleasant to stay there. Breakfast was good: fried eggs, fresh bread, cheese, ham, butter, jelly, tea, coffee, juices, bananas. Staff is very friendly. Location is up on the hill but such location brings quietness in the nights and you get a nice sleep.

Great view from our bedroom. So pretty and lush. The path let upto a spring.

Great place!

Great deal for the price. It's at the top of town, but town is pretty tiny so it's like a 6 min walk to the bus or train station. Staff are super helpful. Beds are comfy. Wifi works great. Some of the rooms have little balconies with a view of the river that runs through town. good size towels. sufficient breakfast. Plug right next to the bed. Would def stay here again.

No real complaints, would suggest that they replace the shower curtain in the room I was in, the floor got wet when the shower was on because of it. But that's totally fixable and not at all a reason to not stay here again.
