good value for money in a nice location fit for big family with older kids

the location was great to move on foot or with a buggy. the building was historical, rooms light and the beds comfy. automatic door was nice.

the final cleaning fee of 50 eur was an unpleasant surprise. to avoid it with 4 little kids and many rooms hovering the floor and carpets, taking off the bedding, trash, bottles ja doing the dishes quite was stressful. also there was no parking right at the door so i had to drag all of our staff multiple times while carrying the younger one. the facilities are not great for a baby - no baby bed, no baby chair so Id recommend it for families with kids starting 3 years old.

Very good location, nice landlord, well located, good wifi, easy entrance system (no key required)

Everything fine and well equiped. As improvement possibility: parents bed could be larger.

Big apartment in a lovely old house. Nice garden.

Floors were a bit noisy (old house). With no aircon and +32c we had to keep windows open all night. Quiet neighbouhood so it was ok.

Great location, great place for a short stay - bed not that great.

Perfect location, few blocks away from the main path between old town center and the beach streets. Everything is within 3-10 minutes walk away. The shared garden area is wonderful, house itself is beautiful and the bones of the apartment are great. Works work great for families and couples alike.

The master bed was quite bad, bathroom doesn't have a faucet and the furniture in the apartment is from the cheaper end of 90s furniture, so for a longer stay I can't really recommend this place. For a shorter one, it's great.
