Excelente Ubicación y Desayuno, pero Atención en la Recepción Decepcionante

La ubicación del hotel es excelente, especialmente considerando la cercanía a donde tenía mis actividades programadas. Además, el servicio de desayuno es muy satisfactorio, cumpliendo con las expectativas en cuanto a variedad y calidad.

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia con la recepción de este hotel fue muy decepcionante. Al intentar solicitar una habitación, el personal de recepción argumentó que no había disponibilidad. Sin embargo, al revisar la red de Brookings, descubrí que sí había habitaciones disponibles y procedí a realizar el registro sin problemas. Tengo la impresión de que nuestra apariencia molestaba al señor de la recepción, como si no quisiera que nos hospedáramos en el hotel. Esta actitud fue completamente inaceptable y poco profesional. Espero que se tomen medidas para mejorar el trato hacia los clientes en el futuro.

Ubicación

No tienen agua para vender ni ningúna. bebida solo cerveza. Tampoco medicamentos básicos como por ejemplo un acetaminofen algo básico.

La atención de la recepcionista, pésima no conocía absolutamente nada y muy poco amable en sus expresiones y recibimiento.

It was a big surprise. We didn't expect such a great place in that location. The price was good

Staff in reception. Giovanni was kind and helpful every time we needed. The bed... Oh, my God!!! great! big! comfortable, clean! The shower. The water pressure was great to massage my shoulders.

Breakfast should have more options, there should be 24 hours coffee station.

I liked the location and the staff, they're very good employees. Nice place to stay you have an event at Movistar Arena.

The hotel is not 4 stars just like the previous reviews suggested. To me it's 3 stars. The restaurant does not offer attractive meals, and the room service is limited, I couldn't get a bottle of water at midnight because they didn't have one. They must work on that side as well, having the basic products the the visitors would ask for.

Exceptional

Breakfast was great, close to the park, best shower ever! We ordered room service which was also good and prompt. Comfortable beds and window shades.

Wifi was a little iffy at times.

This hotel is biggest garbage place I have ever been,Booking you should check properly the hotels you advertise because this hotel has nothing to fit with 4 stars, I am very unhappy I must say!stuff was unhappy to do his job, breakfast was from 6:30 am to 9 am, they don’t even have a coffemachine,rooms discussing, they stop hot water at night, locking front door at night, the noise from street was horrible 24 hours because they don’t have proper windows…to all who read this ….don’t go to this hotel!!!

Wouldn’t stay here again.

We stayed for two nights since we were attending concerts that took place nearby. The rooms are nice. Breakfast was nice. Most of the staff was wonderful. The cafeteria downstairs has amazing food for a great price.

Things got a little messy: While we were out, someone took one of our phone chargers and a $20. After checking out, we spoke to the manager (privately), who started making jokes implying we misplaced our stuff since “nothing had ever gotten lost there”. We watched the security cameras and, although we saw someone enter our room while our things went missing, he didn’t offer to do anything about it and just dismissed the situation (making more jokes about having to watch our finances). Disappointing management, I guess.

My door was found open when i woke up at 6:30am, i was missing 100$usd from my pockets. The 100$ i cannot be 100% sure that it went missing via my stay in this hotel, but the fact that the door was open at 6:30am is undeniable!!!!! Very Sketchy Hotel! No Towels in Room, I had to Ask for one ??

Next time I will choose a different hotel.

The service was good. The cleaning was constant. The double bed is huge. Wifi was amazing.

The room was noisy. I can hear everything from traffic outside to people talking in the hall. The bathroom window opens to the hall and everyone can hear what you are doing. Breakfast was monotonous, eggs everyday, same fruit every day.

I like how all the staff treated me, I wanted a hairdryer and they gave me one, and some product for my hair and even also that. The staff were genuinely nice and helpful.

The room was cold, it’s besides the avenue and there is a lot of noice from the cars. The pillow was hard and the breakfast was small.
