Bello, accogliente, pulito, curato, tecnologico, giovane, posizione perfetta, self check in, colazione ricca e salutare.

Stupenda, organizzata veramente bene da dei ragazzi splendidi, penso che ogni volta che dovrò soggiornare in città alta starò lì. Vicinissimo al duomo, natura e silenzio.

Tutto perfetto.

Great location in a beautiful place

Location location location. Peaceful but a short walk to the square. Big room with air con and very peaceful.

It was a bit pricey

Nice apparent right in old city, with onsite and gated parking available

Very centrally located in Bergamo with onsite gated parking for extra fee. Breakfast was nice.

Air conditioning unit was quite loud which made it challenging to sleep!

Idéalement situé avec tranquillité

L’hôtel est idéalement situé au cœur de la cité haute, à 2 pas des restaurant sans pour autant subir les inconvénients. Chambre très propre et donnant dans une rue calme. Une vue superbe sur la montagne de la chambre. Personnel très agréable, petit déjeuner complet et préparé au fur et à mesure.

Lovely, helpful staff, good contact via WhatsApp before and during stay, available to help with issues arising.

Hotel missed our message confirming taxi transfer, but we quickly remedied this by finding a taxi outside the airport.

Great spot in the heart of beautiful Bergamo

Great location in the center of the old city of beautiful Bergamo. The lower city is also worth a visit. Good beds and lots of space. Tasty breakfast with lots of choice.

No elevator, for us this was no problem but if you cannot walk well, this is not your place.

Hospitality and friendly host

The location is convenient for us to travel to tourist spots and it is clean. We are happy and enjoy to stay because the host and staffs are super friendly and helpful especially we are asking them for help. I will be back to this accommodation if I have chance to come back.

Central location in beautiful cittá alta. Good room, good breakfast, recommended.

Good communication with owner, smooth self check-in, available parking in gated area. Good breakfast with salty and sweet options. Friendly staff. Ecxellent location in the hart of cittá alta.

Small roads lead to the location, must purchase a ZTL car pass due to city regulations, but the owner provides great instructions including video of the location and parking. Parking might be tricky with bigger cars. The room was located on 2nd floor, no elevator (good to know for those with limited mobility).

Great location, and the staff was very nice.

The room furniture was very basic. No bidet in the bathroom (which for Italy is unusual). The breakfast (for which we had to pay supplemental 12 euros per person) was extremely deceiving. The check in takes place from remote, which in itself is not a problem. Nonetheless, we received around 12 emails prior to the check in, which is certainly too much.

The self check in Check out at 10 am (it is usually at 12pm in other hotels) We had to pay if we wanted to leave the luggage a few hours (it is usually free).

Marvellous location, near centre old town and near NE gate to access country Vg facilities, kitchen / lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Charm of an old palazzo. Wee internal garden outside. Breakfast was great, food and service
