Exceptional

The location was perfect. We were staying in Pisa as a base so it made it really easy to get around to the activities we had planned. It was so nice to come back to an air conditioned home at the end of a full and hot day.

Central location nice size apartment and all you need in the kitchen

Very small shower and you had to hold the shower head as it wouldn't stay where you wanted it too not enough hot water

It was fine, but with few hick ups

Location is perfect. Around 800mtrs walk from the train station with all the shops and restaurants around the apartment. Enough beds for around 5-6people.

The shower is broken, the kitchen sink was having blockage. The owner did come to put the anti clogger solution but unfortunately it didn't worked. With the location and the size of the apartment if it is well maintained then it could become a great place to stay. One suggestion - Maintain it and put some air conditioning and you have a great apartment.

Exceptional

Absolutely amazing location, really close to the airport (there’s an express train line to/from the airport), located in the heart of Pisa, on the Main Street where there are lots of shops. The host was soo nice 🥰, she gave us directions on how to access the apartment (we arrived at 1am), sent pictures with the door, with the key, etc. so we wouldn’t have any troubles; gave us a list of restaurants and bars beforehand so I was able to google them and pick a favorite. The train line is about 5-10 minutes walking from the location, we visited Florence which is a must if you’re in Pisa.

The wifi connection was a bit poorly but I think it’s just an Italy issue as our mobile data was poor as well, overall it didn’t bother us that much as we were out all day visiting.

i’m so dissappointed by the condition of the flat. My priority for an hotel/flat is to have a good sleep and a clean

-Location and the staff - posibility early check-in, late check-out thanks to Elisa

- low water pressure in the bathroom, it is like you try to take your bath with a watergun toy. - bathroom too small - bedroom has no real curtain, all the street lights are in, and in the morning you wake up so early because of the daylight and the noise coming from the street -furniture old - appartment is not in a good condition so expensive due to its quality

Great location, nice place to stay, close to the Central station, has a laundry 2 minutes away, good restaurants near the leaning tower of Pisa. You can easily go to the beach or other cities by train/bus.

Bathroom is really small, hard to take a proper shower, water goes from cold to hot to cold again, really struggled to get it right. I would suggest a new shower. Property needs air conditioning as with only 2 fans on summer time, it’s not enough! Really made me wonder why they only offer 2 fans in such a hot weather place.

Great apartment!

Great location! Very comfortable stay. Friendly and really helpful staff, very early check in was possible without any additional costs. The apartment with everything needed inside, kitchen fully equipped.

Very good location,10 min walk to train station and 20 min leisure walk to the towe; host kept good communication on whatsapp at all times and was very helpful

Noisy in the morning due to cleaning machines or evening(the flat is on the main shopping street) The cleaning of the flat can be improved . Some of the furniture is dated,kitchen table wobbly.
