Für mich hats nicht gepasst

Das Haus und die Lage

Heizung war aus, Fenster gekippt. Wohnung eiskalt. Einschalten der Radiatoren im oberen Geschoss nicht möglich. Habe 2 Tage gefroren. Hätte jemand die Radiatoren vor meiner Anreise angestellt, wäre dies bemerkt worden. Das Apartment ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt mit mehreren Personen bestimmt besser geeignet, als für eine Einzelperson während eines Kurztrips. Es ist gut ausgestattet, wenn auch designtechnisch etwas fragwürdig.

monolocale in palazzo antico in ottima location!

un monolocale accogliente, con tutto quanto necessario. ci hanno lasciato la stanza fino al pomeriggio essendo libera. piacevole la vista del parchetto li vicino. Una delizia il palazzetto antico !

Tolle Lage. Außergewöhnliches Haus. Super Gastgeber.

Die Lage ist super. Direkt im Friesenviertel aber schön ruhig und abseits der Party Straßen. Man ist schnell überall, vieles ist zu Fuß einfach zu erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr außergewöhnlich, das Zimmer war schön und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich.

Das Zimmer war etwas klein. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay, aber für länger eigentlich nicht. Es ist zwar eine Mini Küche drin, aber ehrlich gesagt hätte ich darauf gern verzichtet wenn dafür mehr Platz im Zimmer gewesen wäre. Es gibt auch größere Zimmer, einfach drauf achten bei der Buchung welches man nimmt.

No lift is a big issue for travellers with full luggage. Also the staircase is quiet narrow and can be a source of injury for heavy lifting. Though we were informed..it was last minute for us to change

Great stay in a lovely property.

Fantastic location and is close to the city centre. Everything needed for a short stay.

The people in the room above us were very noisy for two of our three nights, we do not blame the owners for this. We were on the fourth floor and not having a lift reminded my knees that they are not as young as they used to be.

Very nice appartment with new furniture. Appartment was vey clean.Great location near citycenter.

We had a lovely host Kirsten. She was very good in communication. She shared all the information about the appartment and kept in touch to check if our stay was fine. The appartment was very nice. Everything was new and clean. Nice beds. The location was just 1 street away from nice restaurants and bars and it was a 5-10 min walk to the Keulen Shopping area. The appartements are located in very nice and safe neighbourhood.

The room was absolutely spotless, great location, friendly and helpful hosts. Very cute and charming.

I'm not sure it makes sense to have a fully equipped kitchen when there's nowhere to eat. It might make more sense to have a tiny table + chairs, so there's somewhere to sit other than the bed :)

Family friend, clean & comfortable. Very good value for money for a group/ family.

It was very quaint & quiet which myself & my family really appreciated. Everything is clean, tidy and organised.

Can't find the remote for the TV, had a hard time changing channels or going to Youtube/ Netflix. But not a big deal since we spent most of our time outside exploring what Köln and neighbouring cities can offer.

Had a wonderful long weekend in Köln

Both rooms we rented were really nice, they were W2 (1st floor) & W6 (3rd floor). They were both modern with well equipt kitchenettes and in gernerall they were really comfortable, The location in the city is really great only a 10min walk to the main shopping areas or 15min to the Cathedral and train station, and the road by the hotel was very quiet. The price per room was very reasonable compared to other similar options.

A wonderful amd cozy stay

This is my first Christmas in Cologne.I had a wonderful time staying here. The place was so cozy and had a homely vibe about it. Your room is just not a room. It's an apartment in itself that makes you feel like you have a cozy little home in Cologne. Each room is not the same a bit. And that makes your cozy apartment unique. The rooms are modern, and the stairways are traditional, making it a mix and match of old style and modern amenities. The sights around the hotel are calm and peaceful. As you step out, turn left and there's already a church right over there. Walking over to the Cologne Cathedral and The Hohenzollern Bridge takes you around 10 mins maximum. The hotel is located in a quiet spot and there's no disturbance. In your apartment, you will find all that you need when in your house. The staff were very accomodative and helped me with any small queries. As you open your windows, you get to see beautiful small gardens, you breath in the fresh air, and sometimes you hear the church bells tolling, or also the cathedral bells. For anyone who'd like a prime location and a place with homely vibes to stay while in Cologne, I'll say go for this. While stepping out, turn left if you want to go to the cathedral and the museums, and turn right if you want to enter the main city. I'm glad I got to stay in this wonderful place as it made my trip more exciting.

Fantastic, would wholly recommend.

Incredibly kind staff, from the moment we entered. Very nice and quiet location that is easily reachable from the city centre, or really from any part of the city. The place was finishing up upgrades and repairs just as we arrived, which meant that on our first morning we woke up to see wholly novel, clean and updated hallways. Everything in the rooms was clearly just renovated, and thus was clean and modern, including the furniture. There were also two fans in the room, which was very helpful during the hot summer nights. Lastly, there was a very nice and cozy balcony to cool down on at the end of the day.

There's no elevator, which was a little exhausting after a long day of walking, but that's pretty much it!

The building was beautiful. The apartment was clean, light, modern and warm 😄

For us the wifi was very bad. We couldn't stream online and had to use our mobile phone Internet.

Beautifully renovated old building with character

The whole experience was great. The shower was the best one on the whole trip so far. Kitchen was more than adequate, the beds clean and fresh. Christine was helpful and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Not a lot of room to put suitcases out of the way but we weren't entertaining and it didn't affect us.
