Pour y dormir une nuit, mais vraiment pas pour "profiter" de l'hôtel

-Arrivée tardive et réception accueillante, ouverte 24/24 -Aide pour le transport des bagages jusque dans la chambre -Proposition spontanée de nous changer de chambre après la première nuit -Petit déjeuner assez riche en propositions -Parc à côté

-La saleté... ! Première nuit: pas de couette et j'ai froid: j'en trouve une dans le placard, mais il n'y a pas de housse et elle est très tâchée. Les joints dans la salle d'eau sont moisis, la moquette est sale, il y a des tâches au plafond...Brrrrr, vraiment pas possible, je ne sais pas où m'asseoir.... Nous demandons une annulation des deux nuits à venir, mais ils nous proposent de nous faire voir une chambre upgradée. Effectivement, elle est plus grande, mais la moquette et les joints sont pareils. Il y a une couette avec sa housse, mais rangée dans le placard, avec une autre couette sans housse et je suspecte que la couette "habillée" a juste été remise là et n'a pas été changée entre les deux réservations... Le matin au petit déjeuner, toutes les nappes sont sales ou pleines de miettes... Impossible de manger à un endroit propre. Au cours de notre séjour, nous avons vécu dans des plus petits gites, dans des guest-houses, des trucs "cheaps" mais toujours toujours propres. Là, ils ont les étoiles pour les équipements, mais pour la propreté ne semble pas un critère de sélection! -Pas de chaise sur le balcon, il est entièrement nu et donc pas très accueillant -Musique "boum-boum" dès le petit matin crachée par des baffles au dessus des tables du petit déj -Pas de jus de fruits au petit déjeuner

Could have been very nice, but was only ok.

The first impression of the room was that it was clean and modern. The parking area was good but you should consider arriving prior to the dinner hours as restaurant patrons tend to take up most places.

On the night of my stay, the air conditioner wasn’t working making the room a little warm for comfortable sleeping. The traffic noise was a little loud for sleeping with an open window and there were no window screens to keep out insects. Also, there wasn’t water for drinking in the rooms or a refrigerator.

The room are very very good and large. Very clean. The breakfast is very good. They also has restaurant!

Comfortable City Hotel.

The room is modern and very spacious, with great leafy views across the zoo and also mountains. The kitchen was well equipped and all was very clean. Added bonus of a gym, sauna and steam room.

Step out of our room and we found ourselves on an amazing balcony with a relaxed seating area and a dining table, however, we decided not to use this space because there was an unlocked door from the communal area allowing anybody to walk onto the balcony and join us on the balcony outside our lounge. We asked more or less on arrival for the door to be locked but this never happened.

Excellent breakfast, food in general as we had lunch and dinner. Comfy bed. Good value for money.

We had electricity cut off and wi fi was not so good with interruptions.
