Caleb, comfortable and welcoming host

Roger was a great host and very knowledgeable about local area and Jurrasic Coastal Route. I was very comfortable and slept very well. Although the room is really suitable for one person, there is a lounge area at the entrance and it’s very spacious, comfortable and has drinks available

It’s more suited to a single person as the room is small so the bathroom door doesn’t fully open. Not an issue for me, but the bed is quite low. Carpet outside the bedroom door needs stapling as I slipped on it 🙈

The communication from booking to arrival was fantastic. Was made very welcome and I enjoyed his enthusiasm.

The only niggle was, though the honesty bar was a nice touch, it wasn't very clear e.g. prices and payment method.

If we return to Weymouth we will stay again.

Very nice rooms and comfortable beds. Within walking distance of all amenities. Roger gave us lots of local information.

quite close to seafront and parking was good.

Amazing Stay

Everything was perfect, location, room, facilities and the host was brilliant. Made a simple weekend away into the perfect tonic we needed. We will definitely be staying here again.

Immaculate decor throughout the house. Room was great size and super quiet - I slept extremely well both nights. Both Debbie and Roger couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. I would recommend in a heartbeat. Location is nice and quiet away from the main front but still just moments away from the beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Roger was great ,showed us to our rooms ,all clean and ensuite. Coffee and tea facilities with pint of fresh milk in fridge. Bar and lounge facility.nothing too much trouble.nice and quiet room .Ashmira is couple minutes fom beach and 10minutes to centre of Weymouth Highly recommend

Nothing to do with guest house. Trying to find decent place to eat as ironman festival weekend and everywhere booked up. Dont go to real burger takeaway,burger cold and sour ,chips cooked in burnt fat

was very satisfied with room apart from breakfast it's so much nicer to sit at a table to eat

The room was a little small but was sufficient for 3 days, it was very clean

breakfast in our room, had to make hot drinks on high chest of drawers and there was only one chair in our room so one of us had to stand or sit on bed to eat breakfast which i did not like.

The bed was comfy everywhere is clean, the hall way were smell lovely and nice and warm ☺️

The toilet is small then I think. However everything else is perfect!!

Nice family run guesthouse.Owner gave good advice on places to eat.Very clean and tidy ,didn't have breakfast due to early starts so cannot comment on food.
