Loved the apartment! If you ever want to sell it please let me know!!

Clean, bright, comfortable and all potential needs had been thought about.

Parking was a bit tricky but not impossible. I visited in October but I expect it’s super busy in the summer.

We had a perfect 6 days stay at the Beaches and we are eager to return!

Breakfast non applicable as it was self catering. A balcony with a beach view…whats not to like? Outstanding attention to detail with the decor at the Beaches, plus every conceivable extra was there to make your stay perfect which included, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, fridge, microwave, dish washer, vacuum, milk, tea bags, coffee, sugar, biscuits, all cooking pots pans, cooking utensils, china and cutlery. Plus a brilliant shower. Close proximity to Tesco and M&S food hall plus an array of restaurants close by.

Nothing springs to mind.

Fabulous!

Location was excellent, near to all shops and attractions, lovely sea view, fabulous balcony, excellent apartment with everything you could possibly need, all done to be homely and luxurious. Loved it!

Very good location

Lovely clean apartment with great location, superb view of the Sea. A great choice of restaurants We were able to park up and leave the car as we were within easy walking distance of harbour, gardens and coastal walks. The town had a variety of chain and independent shops, lovely to stroll round and enjoy lunch at independent pubs or coffee shops. Weymouth had everything we needed with the bonus of returning to the beautiful apartment after a busy day.

As with all towns, sometimes noisy.

Really liked the apartment, will probably return, was impressed with Weymouth - nice resort

A self catering holiday, immediate needs looked after, - tea, coffee, sugar, milk available on arrival- central location - Tesco and M and S food hall on the doorstep, a line of good quality restaurants as neighbours. Parking could be an issue, speed and patience required to grab a space opposite the apartment. The apartment looks out onto the beach, the shopping area is to the rear and the marina circles the shopping area, the flat owner has provided a map and a book of useful information. All in all a great position to enjoy a holiday from for 2 people, 3 at a push.

I cannot think of anything that the apartment owners could do to improve the holiday. The downsides go along with the resort, Friday and Saturday night revellers - earplugs thoughtfully provided - car parking issues just a maattr of luck as to the spot you get.

Absolutely stunning apartment so well equipped and spotlessly clean. Cannot praise how beautiful the apartment was and location. Sitting on balcony overlooking sea was 😍

Parking turned out ok for us after several attempts we got space straight outside but if you spot one get it quickly as goes fast. Was great though that we got there during free hours so could unload and moved later, didn't need to move all week then. TBH not that expensive to pay on app at pavilion considering location and price of apartment.

Stunning Location. View is perfect. Apartment has everything you need, is spacious and clean. Stayed in Weymouth 30+ times and this is up there with the best.

Only criticism would be the noise, due to the location on the street it can be noisy at the weekends (not too bad during the week) although this didn't bother us. What did bother us, was unfortunately we seemed to have a family of elephants staying above us, who at all hours liked to stomp around there apartment, rearranging their furniture. I do think we were unlucky with this and it wouldn't deter us from staying again, the rest of the apartment made up for this completely.

All round enjoyable beach mini holiday

Location - single female staying, felt very safe as amenities all at my doorstep and busy/buzzing when stepping out of the apartment. Sea view balcony was lovely. Beautiful Georgian style windows/doors - sympathetically decorated. After 5.30pm able to bike ride along the esplanade - sunset ride to the fort and Harbour is lovely. Private entrance - very quiet. Parking permit is a bonus.

Great stay at the beaches weymouth

Great location,very clean and comfortable ideal for a couple, normally I wouldn't go for a studio apartment but the bed was set back nicely away from the sitting area and worked for us for a short break,kitchen was well equipped and shower was good.balcony was lovely to sit and watch the world go by,only thing with this I would put maybe a little screen or some tall plants to give a little privacy from the adjoining balcony as when your chasing the sun to sit out and make the most of it you kind of end up sat right next to your neighbours.would definitely stay again.

A little noisy at night but no Biggie really.

The location of the apartment was fantastic, central for beach, shops and restaurants, great balcony

We had a bit of trouble accessing the keys from the key box. We understood there would be 2 sets of keys, but there was only 1 set. Having said that everything else was perfect.

Access to the waste bins was difficult and we ended up disposing our recycling waste in the sea front bins

Perfect birthday trip!

The apartment was absolutely perfect - beautiful, clean, light and well equipped. We adored the balcony with its amazing beach views. The bed was super comfy and the smart TV was a great addition (we were impressed that you could watch from both the sofa and bed). We will be recommending to family and friends!

Nothing - it was perfect! But it would have been good if there were beach towels.

An excellent property in a superb location.

The apartment is of high standard and has everything you need for your stay. It is ideally located for local hospitality. Very well furnished and a pleasure to stay at for a pre Christmas get away.

Superb quality accommodation in a perfect location.

Superb location,excellent level of decor but found sink in bathroom a little small for wet shaving. Very clean on arrival with essentials (milk/coffee/tea) left ready for us on arrival. very secure site and managed to park directly in front of property.

Other than the minor issue with the small sink we did on occasions get a "waft" of cooking from the fish restaurant below but I think it was to do with the wind direction.

Fantastic location, right on the beach front and everything you’d ever want in a holiday let. At a great price, so much so we’re going to rebook it for another break next year.

Very relaxing and enjoyable

Location was very good and the property was very spacious the views were excellent

The bread left for the breakfast was out of date for our first morning’s stay so we didn’t trust what was left in the cereal jars the only thing we used was the milk and tea bags also no where to hang things on when in the bathroom but after saying this it was still a lovely place to stay
