Lovely location. Very nice set up in the room.

The lift didn’t work and we were on the 5th floor!!! Our bags were takes up bit as we are of a certain age this was Not acceptable and no offer of an alternative was given. We had to climb the 5 flights of stairs at 1am in the morning- having come back for the fete in Faro.

Funcionarios e diretores do hotel, muito simpáticos e sempre disponiveis aos meus pedidos (em todos os setores), sem razão de queixa.

Tinha pouca iluminação no quarto.

Péssimas instalações

A equipa da recepção foi muito prestativa e tentou ajudar como possível durante a estadia.

As instalações estavam em péssimas condições. Elevador fora de serviço, o primeiro quarto estava com defeito no ar condicionado que fazia um ruído muito alto durante a noite, mesmo quando desligado. No segundo quarto o ralo do duche não funcionava. Realmente uma decepção.

Casa de banho arruina a nota do hotel

A cama, e o quarto propriamente dito eram adequados a 3 estrelas. O staff foi super simpático.

O quarto praticamente não tem luz. A casa de banho é inacreditavelmente má: com bolor na banheira, toalhas de banho minúsculas, apenas 1 rolo de papel higiénico (pedi mais e deram), pouca pressão na água e frequentemente fica quente tão de repente que chegou a queimar, e o pior de tudo o balde do lixo da casa de banho não tem saco o que é extremamente pouco higiénico.

whay did booking.com accept this booking for 2 adults and a child when no extra beds were available.

location and staff were perfect. breakfast good.

room was dirty and bathroom was filthy. carpet had dust, walls had marks and bathroom door was coming off from the bottom.

The location was good, however no restaurant in the hotel

The room was very small especially the toilet where everything was congested. While sitting on the toilet you were touching the shower and sink, I hit my leg a few times

A great unexpected stay.

Great location in centre of faro. Room was just what we needed and was clean and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. For being central the hotel wasn’t noisy and we were able to get a good sleep.

There was nothing that stood out that we didn’t like.

facilities need improvement. staff very good. great location.

location. staff very nice.

they need a good handy person to put right the things that need doing. e.g. mould, grouting in bathroom. toilet flush. plug not working in the sink,towels poor. no phone working in room, heater very noisy. generally needs an update. it is mid price and could do better. have said this before but nothing improves. no complaints about the staff. very comfortable beds. pity the rest of the facilities don’t match.

Decent location but probably more suited to a business user or overnight airport hotel for faro

Decent staff Great cleaning staff. The location is very good and central within a very short walk of the main shopping areas. The general condition of the hotel is currently good

Poor maintenance support to resolve day to day issues. My phone was unrepaired for the entire stay of 17 days some poorly maintained plumbing services (washing basin tap flopping about in its fixing) No simple table available on balcony
