Gutes Stadthotel für Kurzurlaub

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, unser Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber. Alles in allem ist es ein gutes Hotel, um mal ein Wochenende in Hamburg zu verbringen, ohne besonderen Komfort.

Es war sehr schade, dass die Hotelbar trotz Deutschland-Fussballspiel😉 um 22 Uhr, als wir uns Hotel kamen, schon geschlossen war. Alles in allem ist die Übernachtung für den Standard zu teuer.

Sehr freundliches Personal.

Verranzte Teppiche überall, die Geschichten erzählen, die ich lieber nicht hören wollte. Der Wasserhahn kam einem direkt entgegen, Armaturen kalkverkrustet.

Für uns ein guter Aufenthalt, parktisch, einfach, gut, durchaus mit Wiederholungsfaktor.

Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Stagetheater "Neue Flora" was für unseren Musicalbesuch perfekt war. Die Zimmereinrichtung ist etwas betagt aber ok. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück war lecker, reichhaltig und das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich.

Die Übergardinen waren im Wohnbereich an einigen Stellen aus der Halterung der Laufschiene. Dadurch ließen sie sich nicht wirklich zuziehen. Das sollte abgestellt werden. Beim Blick auf das begrünte Dach der Tiefgarage sahen wir allerlei Becher und Plastikflaschen, hier vielleicht mal etwas Ordnung schaffen.

Groot schone kamer. goede bedden en goed beddengoed

Helaas geen soja/ of havermelk bij het ontbijt, voor mensen met lactoseintoleranz.

A bit shabby, but clean and comfortable

Old, but nice hotel in an interesting part of town. We got a rather large room with big windows overlooking a peaceful backyard with beautiful trees.

Very enjoyable and would stay there again.

The room was a good size, clean, warm and yet we could open the windows for a breeze. The outlook from the window was pleasant. The room was very quiet and we were completely undisturbed. The location was ideal for reaching the city and Klein Flottbeck which was the venue for the show jumping competitions. The breakfast was plentiful; good value and good choice.

The lounge and reception areas were not very inviting; lacking in character and poorly lit.

staff unfriendly, horrible wifi connection

location, cleanliness

so when i arrived, I had an important business call and the internet didn't work. It was an important call so I went to the desk to mention, that the internet is too slow. The way how the stuff reacted to my issue was horrible. They were like "For me, it's working", "we can't do anything", extremely unhelpful, zero empathy and they were acting like I am pretending that it's not working. I couldn't feel any helpfulness or customer focus. After having a loud discussion one of the staff restarted the wifi, in a pretty pissed way - without even letting me know after the restart was done. How would you feel if you pay 100$ to being not able to attend a important call? would you treat your guest in that way? leaving you some important questions to reflect on. Btw: there is a lot of ways to optimize your wifi, you could adjust the wifi settings, channel, you could spend a few bucks to get more proper repeaters, but you HAVE to deliver a internet connection that works.

Very good

the hotel is right around the corner of the Schanzenviertel in Hamburg. Lots of bars and restaurants. Everything within walking distance.

for the money that we paid it was completely fine! however, don’t look to close into the corners of the bathroom. otherwise clean.
