Zeker aan te bevelen verblijf

De kamer was zeer netjes en verzorgd. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en voor elk wat wils. We werden ontvangen door een zeer enthousiaste receptionist die ons meteen wegwijs maakte voor 1 dagje Bilbao.

Op de website staat dat er een garage aanwezig is maar we werden naar een openbare parkeerplaats verwezen.

El personal del hotel excepcional, super amables y atentos en todo momento. La habitación fantástica. La cama super cómoda, pocas veces hemos dormido en un hotel así de bien!!

Confortable, agradable y cálida.

Hotel muy céntrico, donde puedes ir andando a cualquier lugar de la ciudad. La habitación era muy confortable y el desayuno muy variado y sabroso.

Mucho calor en la habitación, el aire acondicionado no ayudaba mucho.

L.a atención del personal. Que tenia estacionamiento. Que se podia caminar sin necesidad del coche

Hotel con pésimo mantenimiento. Nos cambiaron de cuarto 4 veces, 2 porque no servia el aire acondicionado, 1 porque el cuarto olía espantoso y el ultimo cuarto no cerraba bien la ventana entonces se oía todo el ruido de la calle, al lado hay un antro y diario hay ruido hasta la madrugada por lo que no se puede descansar. la ventana no se podia arreglar porque era fin de semana y desde el viernes no hay personal de mantenimiento.

Great location food and room. Will definitely be back

Breakfast was very good. Access and location of the hotel was great. Good parking facilities.

There was a problem with the bath. Because there is a fixed shower screen it is hard to reach the bath taps. However did manage to do this. Bath running and then the shower came on pouring all over the top of the screen and flooded the floor and my clothes with cold water. Mentioned it to the staff but also that it must have happened before because the door had been patched at the bottom as the water soaked in. Disappointed that it hadn’t been checked

Bilbao bella città abbastanza pulita e devo dire abbiamo mangiato la sera a cena benissimo

ottima posizione e colazione fantastica comodo anche il parcheggio auto, hall molto ampia e piena di poltrone e divani, bagni comuni pulitissimi, personale nonostante la difficolta nella comunicazione(per nostra mancata conoscenza delle lingue) molto gentili e pazienti

il letto, i cuscini, toglierei la vasca a favore della doccia e poi .... le pantofole sono indispensabili

Estuvo bien, pero como dije, le fslta personal, en el desayuno también nos querían sacar rápido porque tenian mucha gent

No hay donde parquear para bajar las maletas. El bar está cerrado cuando debería estar abierto y con un barman ahí todo el tiempo, uno tiene que tocar un timbre para que alguien aparezca, y encima no saben preparar los cocktails que pides. Le falta personal en general al hotel. El cuarto cómodo, pero le falta mucho al hotel para tener 4 estrellas

La atención del personal fue excelente, la habitación grande y la cama muy cómoda. Tuvieron el gran detalle de poner cuna y bañera para bebe. El desayuno con mucha variedad.

Decent value for a short stay

Decent hotel, very handy for airport bus. Good communal areas, nice touch on cold drinks and snacks at reception. Staff were friendly and helpful, particularly for the breakfast service. Seems to be well used for business stays and meetings.

Quiet room but dark and view was of an internal courtyard. Room and bathroom were spacious, but showing signs of wear and tear. Communal areas look good but bed rooms are in need of a freshen up.

Nice hotel

The location is excellent for transport to and from and within Bilbao. Museums are nearby as well as ak lovely park. The staff are friendly and helpful and the breakfast selection and service is excellent.

Only two issues for us Aspects of the room were a bit 'tired'. Creaky bathroom door. Another door needing a bit of repair/ paint and an armchair that had seen better days The bar downstairs was almost 'nightclub' a bit too, bright, white, stark. It didn't look or feel comfortable/relaxed. We went elsewhere for our nightcap.

Serves the purpose

There was nothing to dislike about the room or the hotel. Though, there was also nothing remarkable to remember. It delivered what has been stated on website.

At checking out, we asked the receptionist can he keep our luggage for a couple hours while we go to rent-a-car company to collect our car. He forgot to mention that the street in which is the hotel will be closed and that we will not be able to access the area due to scheduled parade. We wasted a couple hours to retrieve the luggage with unnecessary stress that could be easily avoided.

Perfect stay.

We stayed as a family of three. For us, NH Collection Bilbao was perfect. Staff very friendly. Breakfast delicious. Bed comfortable. I had asked for a quiet room, and it's exactly what we got. View was to another hotel building, which was fine for us. Location is also good, close to bus station intermodal at San Mames.

Lovely stay in Bilbao but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Room sizes were nice.

They didn't have the aircon on and it was so hot in the rooms with only one window. The toilet, bathroom and hall area were so stuffy as even with the window open fully in the bedroom area it didn't reach the bathroom. It was uncomfortable sleeping in the stuffiness of the rooms and because we had to ask the staff to allow us to open the window we had the noise from the vents from the restaurant etc..
