The description of this place by photos is a bit misleading. No terrace no kitchen facilities. Which l thought I'd booked. Very noisy street .

Lovely stay in Amsterdam. Location perfect but room could do with a bit of love.

situated in a pretty location close to many restaurants and shops yet still within walking distance to all the main attractions of Amsterdam.

I felt it could do with a little upgrade. The curtains didn’t close properly and the streetlight outside kept me awake. During my 4 night stay I didn’t get to meet the owners - and my room wasn’t refreshed or towels changed etc which I had expected.

lovely B&B in a great location. comfy room with great amenities, especially the terrace

brilliant location, lovely Italian place next door. comfy bed, and lovely addition of a terrace which got plenty of sun. TV with Netflix was a good addition. Plenty of good amenities, will stay again.

floor boards in the corridor were a bit loud, no huge disturbance though.

The location was pretty good and the room was comfy and the host was super nice.

The bed is very easily shakable. If one person turns around, the other one will be awakened by the shaking.

No teaspoons for the tea and coffee facilities, curtain hook needed replacing (the curtains would not close properly)

Exceptional

Brilliant location with lots to see and do right on the doorstep. 15 min walk and you are in the city center. Bed was very comfy and room was spotless. Thanks for a great stay :)

It is called a B&B so we just assumed breakfast would be included, was not and for the price it should have been. The owner didn’t check the tram schedule so gave us the wrong directions and being new to the city, we were lost! It cost us 20Euros to get a taxi…

Comfy beds, good location but needs some work for price.

When we dropped our bags off early the host was friendly and helpful. The beds are very comfortable and great shower. Good location for getting around. Good WiFi connection and Netflix available if you have an account.

Very steep stairs (fine for us but not if any mobility issues) Although the street itself is quite we were woken up anytime from 5am each by the baby crying upstairs. For over €600 for 4 nights the room definitely needs a bit of work to get it up to that price points standards, needs redecorating as bedroom decor is quite tired and paintwork is very marked/chipped as is the bathroom unfortunately.

Best location, friendly and helpful staff, super comfy bed

Perfect location. Quiet area. Close to everything (walking distance) from attractions to restaurants and bars. Nice neighbourhood Exceptionally comfortable, large bed.

Steep, narrow staircase if you are carrying a heavy bag it’s a bit of a track up to the top floor. Luckily hubby was able to do that.

The location was convenient. Although check in was at 2PM, they allowed us to from our luggage earlier so we didn't have to carry it around the city.

Excellent location, and room was quiet despite central location. The balcony was lovely although we didn't really have time to use it. Commute is easy from there to anywhere in central Amsterdam.

Extremely hot days, like most of Europe - and the house is not made to cope with that. It was really warm!

The location and the bathroom facilities. Although I did not personally meet the host, Desa saw to it that our check in process was seamless.

my expectations were dampened because the listing stated air conditioned only to find out it was not. Overall, I liked the place and would have rated it excellent if my expectations were not raised.

Excellent stay in a great area.

I really enjoy my stay at B&B. The hosts were very nice, the beds were comfortable and the shower was very nice. The location was fantastic with many places to eat. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, very convenient for getting around, and a nice quiet street. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. And the bed was so comfy and cozy after a long day of sightseeing

Great location, easy to access and check-in

This place needs a refurb for what they’re asking, there are patches on the walls, the bedding had holes in it, corridor still had plasterboard there. Looks very much shabby work in progress. That front room is super loud at night also, glad i took earplugs.

La Festa was in a great neighborhood and provided a comfortable base for traveling around the city.

Great location. There was a coffee machine and electric tea pot. Breakfast was not included with the room.

Steep flight of stairs to the room; but proprietors carried bags to and from the room.

Very poor

good location 15 min from the centar

I booked this b&b but there was no breakfast at all. There are two rooms at these property and the owner lives there with his family. Also on the photos of my room there is a balcony (and I put in filters balcony) - there is also writen that there is a common terace but there wasn't.
