Right on the Nile in the center of the sights

The hotel is located directly on the Nile, on the promenade. The Luxor Museum and the Luxor Temple are also within easy walking distance. The Kanak Temple is about 2.5 km away. The staff is very attentive and very courteous and friendly. We can recommend the hotel.

great breafast and nice stay

breakfast is great, you can get the breakfeat after you come back from the first round of hot ballon. location is very good, right near the river, also has a balcony so you can go out and see the nile river. wish to have more time staying here, but just 1 night, havn't got the chance to try out the big pool, pool looks nice though

Best holiday of our life in this hotel and location!

I stayed here with my 10 year old daughter recently and we had the most magical stay of our whole Egyptian adventure! This was the best hotel out of our 2 diff locations, everything about it was perfect for us! The location is top class, with amazing views of the river Nile. I often sat myself at night when my daughter was asleep and just watched the world go by and it was so fascinating to watch! It’s so close to both Luxor and Karnak temple you can walk to them yourself. We walked back from Luxor temple and it only took us about 10 mins. The museum and mummification museum are both within a 5 min walk also. The best part of the hotel was absolutely the staff! From Ali the manager, GiGi in guest relations, Nouby the lifeguard, the waiting staff were all so attentive and too many to mention! We also booked our trips with the hotel through Hassan and Mansour and they were so helpful it sorting out what we wanted and when. They delivered spectacularly, especially the sunset boat trip on the Nile. The pool is very child friendly with a part sectioned off to make sure they can’t wander to the deep end by mistake. There was always a lifeguard on duty as well. As a single parent, they went above and beyond to help me out with bringing things to my room for me instead of my daughter having to wait, like an ice bucket from the kitchen. It was no problem to call reception for anything to be sent up. The chef and kitchen staff were also very accommodating with our requests and the food was always fresh and tasty.

It’s not that I didn’t like it but some guests may not like some of the traffic noise at night if your room is a nile view one. Balcony doors can be closed anyway!

Le personnel s’occupant des activités vous appelant dans votre chambre à 22h30 pour savoir si ils peuvent vous vendre leurs excursions à des prix EXORBITANTS ou directement au petit déjeuner à peine réveiller . Nous avons détester de se faire alpaguer à de multiples reprises et à des heures incorrects surtout à des prix démesurés comparé aux locaux dans la rue ne prenez pas les excursions avec eux arnaques garanties . Ainsi que les retards pour l’ouverture du spa , salle de sports , … alors qu’à l’inverse à 10h01 on vous met la pression pour finir le petit déjeuner , la détente pour les vacances ne font pas vraiment de paire avec cet établissement

Die lage direkt an der corniche in der nähe vom luxor museum ist gut. Und die aussicht vom kleinen balkon über den nil auf theben west ist einfach nur schön. Das personal wirklich sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das zimmer war angenehm groß und sehr sauber

Dringend notwendig wäre eine neue matratze, da diese mehr als nur durchgelegen war. Fühlte sich mehr wie eine hängematte an. Die klospülung hängte öfters, so dass ab und an keine spülung möglich war. Der gesamteindruck war dass das hotel schon etwas abgewohnt ist. Das restaurant indem das frühstücksbüffet angeboten wird hat den charme einer großkantine

Don't buy the spa experience. Take advantage of all the beauty of the hotel.

Room service was fast and food was delicious. the hotel was very comfortable. location was great.

do not get massage and spa experience from this hotel. Althought we allıgned to pay wıth credit card, we had trouble during the payment prosess in SPA. They acted lıke we had not allıgned before and forced us to pay cash

La struttura si trova in un ottima posizione davanti al Nilo e alle navi da crociera, lontano dal caos della cittadina. Personale gentile e disponibile. Vesta scelta per la colazione sia dolce che salata.

Il Wi-Fi non prende nelle stanze se non nella hall dell’hotel. Se non sei egiziano devi pagare una tassa di soggiorno di €10 al giorno a persona!

I like the location of the hotel and especially the gym and spa centre beside the swimming pool, everything is wonderful there , captain Ashraf is very friendly and professional, the tours we booked through company grand utopia travel, the best online travel agency , I recommend it to all people, you can find it by the same name

A very nice, clean, modern and well equipped hotel that was an absolute bargain for the price i paid !! A balcony with views of the river Nile and an excellent breakfast included* A really great massage from mister Ash in the spa area :-) I would definitely go back there if i visited Luxor again.

Surprisingly great place to stay.

Right between the river boats and Karnack Temple. Easy to get to, and close to everything. They have an always open restaurant with good food and super convenient. The pool was pleasant, uses minerals instead of chlorine so its easy on the eyes.

Hard to beat this location! In between the two east bank temples and next to the Luxor Museum and the public ferry to the west bank. Pool was refreshing and had a kid friendly corner.

Elevator broke down on us and seemed in bad condition (but on the bright side the staff was responsive and shut down that elevator immediately. It stayed off for the remainder of our stay).

Excellent location. Walking distance to the temples and souq, over looking the nile river so you can watch the cruise at night and the hot air balloons ascending early morning. Excellent breakfast.

The Pharaoh treatment

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise, much better than I anticipated. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially the wonderful Gigi from guest relations. eager to know and learn where they can improve. yes, the hotel is dated in places, but it was the first new hotel after the Winter Palace I learned, but renovations are in progress. The room I got was great, spacious with a little balcony (beautiful sunset view from there), comfortable bed, silent airco, safe, coffee/tea maker, good shower & bath. The biggest surprise was the beautiful gym with new equipment, and the adjoining spa. Here I booked an incredible treatment from Professor Ashraf and his helper Mustafa: spa, steam bath, jacuzzi, scrubs, packing and a great massage. Two hours of bliss for an incredibly competitive price, by a professional and courteous staff. Highly recommended!!

Wifi could use an upgrade, and maybe some fresh fruits at breakfast.

A really lovely hotel. The room is pleasant, very spacious, quiet. Clean, clean shower, comfortable and pleasant bed. There is a beautiful view of the Nile from the balcony, and peace and quiet at night. The hotel facilities are clean and pleasant to use. The staff is lovely and helpful, The breakfast is varied and delicious. Excellent hotel!

Sometimes it is evident on the hotel facilities that it is a bit outdated - not something we had a problem with, except for the elevators maybe. The area is not the most pleasant, but the location is great, just Luxor itself is not a very pleasant city.
