This hotel is remarkable and makes you want to return.

The very exclusive and high end appearance of the hotel. Nice and cosy reception area. Great breakfast and restaurant with a fantastic view in the garden. And again: A very, very friendly and attentive staff, always greeting you and wiching you the best for the day.

I could'nt find anything that disturbed me at all.

Exceptional breakfast, lovely staff.

We've spent 2 months touring Scandinavia and northern Europe and the Amerika takes the prize of providing the best breakfast - genuinely exceptional. The staff were delightful too, from Peter at the front desk to the waiters - we thought it would just be a quick late night stopover but it was much more worthwhile than that.

Lovely, spacy rooms and very friendly hotel in peaceful wood area

Very nice hotel. very spacy rooms, mine with a small balcony and view over the woods. Lovely spacy bathroom with all facilities. Hairdryer, shampoo etc. all provided. great free WIFI. I came sunday afternoon when the reception was closed and could call someone and then got great advice how to get in and my key ready for me to pick up. Great information via mail etc. all way through before and up to my stay.

I could not adjust the sound on the TV at all which was very irritating. Fantastic area but if you dont have a car, a long way from any shops, supermarket, city centre so be preparred for this. Restaurant not open on sundays so no provision options in this case - bring your own sandwich, drinks etc. other than this, I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful located hotel

Wonderful location, big spacy room, balcony wih view over the wood. 24 hour reception and very helpful staff.,

Eveyrthin is fine. There are no supermarked or shopping options in walking distance of the area so bring what you need for your stay to the hotel unless you arrive by car and can drive into the city center.

Over all the hotel is very nice.

Staff does not give enough explanation or information before they charge me extra. Not nice to be charged extra when checking out.

We liked that the hotel is close to the forest. Dinner was delicious but...

We had booked for dinner, but our table was not ready. We were held for a while and we were given a table behind a wall in the worst corner. This was very disturbing because there were empty tables in the large area. Why did they act like this? This was a rude behavior and we were very uncomfortable with it.
