Pěkný a čistý hotel, spíše pro pracovní cesty

Milý, ochotný a přátelský personál, v celku klid a ticho na hotelu, výborné snídaně a snadná dostupnost do centra, za sportem i na nádraží.

Hotel rozhodně patří mezi ty dražší, které jsem navštívil a nenabízí téměř žádné vyžití, jako například fitness, wellness, minibar, či nějaké společenské aktivity.

Dejligt og meget positivt ophold!

Kanon seng, gode puder og fint badeværelse. Dejligt med et stort tv og flere kanaler. Morgenmaden var meget inspirerende og lækker. Fedt med så mange muligheder.

Ikke så fedt at have soveværelse ud til en stor vej, men sådan er det.

Dejligt og hyggeligt

Lækker og virkelig god morgenmad blev der skrevet, det hele var okay, men manglende opfyldning, langsom og lidt slap betjening, men vi blev mætte 🙏😍

Lovely stay, but wouldn't want to be there in an emergency situation

The room was lovely and a very nice size for a family of four. The breakfast was great.

There was a bit of very sharp metal sticking out at the end of the sofabed that both I and our youngest were lucky to only get minor scratches on. I reported it to the receptionist in the morning, so presumably it's been fixed and checked in all rooms. I really didn't like that the fire escape was locked with two locks. That's a tragedy waiting to happen.

Excellent Hotel , very clean , location 10 minutes by walk to Randers city center. Good parking. Very good Continental breakfast. Staff professional and very kind.

Great stay at Best Western Kronjylland

Clean, big room, friendly staff, 10 min walk to central and right by the train station, nice breakfast buffet

Exceptional

well maintained, clean, very helpful and responsive staff, fantastic breakfast; all equipment working, modern and in good condition ; I recommend this hotel and for sure will come again

room bit small, but not a real problem :) no dinner served in the hotel and requires 10 min walk to the downtown restaurants … but again - no real problem

Great accommodation, staff and breakfast, will be booking again for sure.

Good location, parking at the hotel is limited however additional parking is available across the road at no cot. Breakfast is really good!

Only negative is that they do not offer evening meals, which means a trip out somewhere for dinner or the local super market opposite.

Nice comfortable room with huge TV and really comfortable bed. Good parking opportunities.

The first morning the staff seemed overwhelmed with organizing the breakfast buffet - many basic things like coffee, milk or even plates were missing. The second morning (with less guests) it worked out much better.

Nice hotel with friendly staff and a good breakfast

There seemed to be no airco in the room so I kept the window open at night. My room was on the street side which was a bit noisy for me.

Amazing breakfast, great service and perfect location.

Amazing breakfast, spacious and beautiful room and kind staff. It takes a few minutes to walk to shops, restaurants and Randers Regnskov, but it's not noisy or busy.

Parking is not free and there aren't enough parking spots for all guests

decent room to a decent price. however the temperature of the room and luck of sleep ruined the experience.

very cozy and stylish. also very clean

the room was extremely hot. no aircon and impossible to sleep with window open due to city highway.

we had a ground floor room facing the road, you couldn’t open the window because of noise from the road and the room became too hot
